Just bought my third bike from Bike Line and it was an excellent experience as always. I've gone from a fairly basic hardtail to a pretty advanced full suspension mountain bike and the guys at Bike Line have always taken care of anything that I needed. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can help you make an informed decision on anything that you are looking to purchase.

I am new too Charlotte, I went in to browse, and the folks greeted me great. I can always tell a great shop by how you are treated, and these folks do the right thing. Not to mention their mechanics were working on bikes and were laser focused on what they were doing. I will be definitely be going back!

Great shop, and even better people. I had an excellent experience will all staff members this past weekend, but Mark specifically went above and beyond expectations to ensure I was properly fitted to my new bike. Their prices were very competitive, especially considering the excellent service I received. I went to a LOT of shops and saw a LOT of bikes on my quest for a new ride, and I am extremely happy with my purchase from Bike Line. I look forward to doing future business with them as I continue my new hobby of cycling! Thank you, and JOB WELL DONE!

They are good and honest people. I think I was talking to the owner. He helped me with a bike seat and post. I offered money for his services. He didn't accept. He has my future business as I get into using my bike more than my car. Fellow UNCC alumni and students, he is there beside Harris Teeter.
