Very friendly and helpful staff, great care during procedure and Dr. Klein called the evening after procedure to make sure recovery was going well. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking to beeter yourself through plastic surgery.

Tacky office staff. While in waiting room, heard receptionist relay a patient's question to another person behind her in the office. Neither wanted to call the man back to say they did not have a larger size device and the receptionist told the other lady "you call him back, don't worry I told him you were with a patient". Well, she was not with a patient. They were both just sitting there chatting.

After I completed all the paperwork they mailed to my house (no keeping things secret!), and waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time, I get called back to talk with an assistant. They don't even do the procedure I made the appointment for! The response was "Did you tell them what you want? Who did you talk to?" Felt like I was talking to someone at the IRS.

The office staff should stop yacking and take care of customers and potential customers better.

Needless to say, I can not rate the Dr or any procedure, as I did not meet even meet him.

Terrible service. My Daughter had an appointment today for her a cyst on her face and the Doctor wasn't even there and they didn't let us know so she has to come back tomorrow and it's 45min. away! I would not recommend this Dr. ever!! I would definitely find another plastic surgeon!

Had my first surgery with Dr. Klein he was amazing. The staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcome. I will highly recommend him if you have doubts go for it you wont regret it.

Very dissatisfied. I feel like the Dr. just put in the implants and that's not what I wanted. I asked for a lift as well. Now it's been 2 yrs and my boobs just sag. I feel I waisted $5600.
