Had 2 bad experiences here.. The first time- an older gentlemen did my gel mani. His job was so-so but I was satisfied in general. Within literally 12 hours they started cracking and peeling horribly!! I went back the following day to ask for $$ back to go somehwre else but the lady(Lee maybe?) re did them for me and they were great. I decided to return 2 weeks later for a pedi. A lady greeted me and guided me to my seat. A younger gentlemen sat down to begin my pedi, who looked 16-18 years old. i was not exactly comfortable with a man, so I asked for a different tech. I ended up sitting in the pedi chair- feet in water- for 30 minutes and watched 2 people get assisted before me by female techs WONT be going back.

Usually I have a good experience when Lee does my nails however the skinny lady that works at the front right booth as you come in has done a HORRIBLE job on my nails. They're crooked but according to her it's my nails. But they weren't crooked before I got there. I have 4 different shapes and none of the lengths are consistent. If it's not Lee don't let them eff your hands up. And she kept trying to justify her horrible work with what I did wrong. I said almond shaped u have ugly behind coffin nails that aren't even coffin shaped. These are my nails not, press one that I can take off and start over. I'm LIVID.

Ruuuuuuuuuude, rude, just flat out rude!!!! This was my absolute worst experience ever in the nail salon!! Hide them out with hopes that I would find a new nail salon closer to home but I rather drive 30 minutes out and go where I normally go to. Customer Service is beyond horrible. on the positive side my nails were done good but that's about it my overall experience was terrible I would not recommend this place to anyone especially when spending money!

I was in there today for a eyebrow wax which was ok at best, but when I entered No greeting, they did not even give me a wait time. They just seem very uncustomer friendly and I am new to this area I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Walked in and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. Waited 35 minutes and had people walk in after me. When someone finally got finished the lady that came in after me was taken back. I told them my name was on the list before hers and I've been waiting longer and they did nothing about it. Will never return. Horrible customer service and honestly over priced.

This was my third time at this salon with my roommate. When we got here we put our names on the list and were told 25 minutes. After picking our color and sitting to wait, another woman walks in and didn't sign in. After waiting FORTY minutes when originally told 25, she complains that her name isn't on the list so they told her she could go ahead and then said "sorry we tried." I really liked how well they did nails, but after today we will not be back.

I tried this place out because it's closer to my house and my normal nail salon was too busy. The quality of my nails once they were done was really good. Only had a few problems with them.
1. They charged an extra $5 for a half tip on my full set which im not used to.
2. No conversation or customer service in general. It was kind of awkward.
3. The lady I had was kind of rough on my hands.
4. After my nails dried, instead of giving me lotion, she poured a ton of oil on my nails that dripped on my clothes and then got all over my steering wheel.
They weren't horrible like some of the reviews suggest but I definitely won't be cheating on my normal nail salon with them anymore.response / report this review -

If you for some reason want to punish yourself and go here make sure you bring a picture and perhaps outline your eyebrows. This woman had no clue what she was doing and made my eyebrows unbelievably thin. I always get mine done and if you've been waxing them for years you know it's pretty easy to tell where your outline typically is.

Lee did a great job on my nails. She ensured that I was fine with the length, shape, etc before continuing and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely be back.
