First let’s start with customer service HORRIBLE, RUDE AND THEY JUST DONT Care if they mess up your order!
2nd my food was cold and I waited over 45mins for fast food unheard of!!!
I told them my gyro was cold and dry and my fries was under cooked My husband chicken sandwich was old and we asked for EVERYTHING FRESH!!! And waited over 45 mins as if that was happening not even close!!
I would never spend another dime here wish I could give it negative stars or none at all!!
I live in Machesney but would drive way inside Rockford just to have Tom&Jerry the owners of this place is really giving this food chain a very bad reputation!!!response / report this review -

Food is decent however it took then and hour and a half to deliver it. When I called an hour and ten minutes after i placed my order they just said the guy left 5 minutes prior. The delivery guy left after our promised time. Awful customer service.

They always forget something in my order but last time I ordered take out was the worst because it took almost 2 hours and some angry phone calls to get my food, which was cold and disgusting by the time I got it. Kids didn't even want to eat it. Decided to give T&J another chance and ordered take out today They forgot the drinks I ordered and when I called they sighed and told me the driver wouldn't come back out to bring it for "awhile". They mess something up EVERY SINGLE TIME and then can't be bothered to fix it properly. Poor customer skills. This was the last straw Don't waste time or money at this location. The Tom and Jerry's on East State has never given me problems Go there and not the 173 location.

It's tasty, but they seem to have gotten real sheisty on the Italian beef. Used to be chock full of meat but now less than half filled.

Spent $40 ordered 2 Italian beefs and bacon cheeseburger..the Italian cheese were about 4 inches long with barely any meat. They used to be awesome but not anymore. If you're getting Italian beef calls Sam's .same price 3x the sandwich!

Thats it I am through. I gave them chance after chance and their cooks don't have a clue. I ordered a personal pizza and there was no cheese on half the pizza i also ordered a Italian beef with cheese and it was so soggy it fell apart. Thanks a lot. I spent 18 dollars and I am still hungry because I couldn't eat that crap. Also there fries are always under cooked and when I ask to cook 30 seconds longer they give them to me burnt. Are your cooks total morons. Your business has screwed me for the last time. I will take my business to your competitors. I am so pissed what a fricken joke you are

Ordered simply one Chicago dog from the drive thru. Drive 30 feet to eat it. The worst bun ever. After one bite it was falling apart. It was steamed too long and was soggy. 2nd time I've given them a try. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have returned inside.

Great gyros. Absolutely mediocre everything else. But they deliver relatively quickly and have a lot of variety so you can find something for everyone.
