I received 5 star service at this location. This is first time I have used this company, and the service from the moment you walk in the door was nothing short of excellent.
They got me in and out in a timely manner and reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the service I received from Desmond he was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous.

I really was impressed with the service at the Downtown location in Birmingham, Alabama. The guy's name that helped me is Desmond. He was very friendly, acknowledgeable and professional. One of the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. It didn't take as long as I was expecting to finish working on my car either.

When I came to Tire Engineers, I had an issue with my car and due to a miscommunication, Tire Engineers repaired the wrong part of my vehicle. Instead of giving me the run-around, they were kind enough to look into my problem, reimburse me and allow me to keep the old fix, as well as taking care of the actual problem.

It's rare that you find people willing to own up to a mistake and make a problem right, but Seth and his team did that. In my interaction with them, they changed a One-Star visit into a Five-Star visit and I would feel comfortable recommending them to family or friends.

Very disappointed. First off it took two hours when I was told it would take an hour at most. And no one came to check on me to let me know there was a delay. I had to go looking for someone at an hour and a half. I feel like they forgot about me and it would have taken even longer if I didn't find someone. I guess the guy who checked me in just left and didn't bother to pass along any information. And the guy I got to check me out didn't seem to know what he was doing. Didn't know what oil I had and didn't give me the discount I was supposed to get. Then to top it off when I got in my car they had left the dirty floor paper in there. Will be looking somewhere else next oil change.

Great customer service and decent price. BBVA employees also get a discount which is a nice touch. No hassling or up selling. They even told me that my brakes were OK and not to spend the money just yet. I appreciated the honesty.

This is the rudest group of unprofessionals
Been here twice and every time there are a bunch of people standing around and no one helps you speaks to you or greets you. If you want to pay 40 buck for a rotate go somewhere else and save your valuable time

Just go to the express oil on university the customer service is fantastic

This location is extremely accessible with setting service appointment times. Stan at Tire Engineers provided superior customer service even through a difficult situation. They made an error on one of the servicing functions. The problem was immediately detected and Tire Engineers (specifically Seth, the GM) was EXTREMELY timely, polite and efficient in getting this fixed! I appreciated their willingness to take fault for the issue and resolve it immediately. I continue to use Tire Engineers after this event and will remain a loyal customer when buying tires! Any customer service industry is going to make a mistake at some point, but how the mistake is handled moving forward makes customers for life. Would highly recommend tire engineers to anyone!

Did an excellent job for a great price. They mounted/balanced 4 new tires I brought in from TireRack for my BMW. No hidden fees! Very professional and friendly staff and they got it done in a day without an appointment. Would definitely recommend.
