They kept my down payment, because they couldn't deliver on their end of the deal. I walked out of thier office excited about being able to own a brand new 2017 Nissan Frontier. Nearly a month later they asked me to return the truck. Because the company I work for does not have a LAND LINE TELEPHONE! This is 2017!!! I'm a lineman!!! We TRAVEL!!! Even the owner travels!!! We're in the field working!! GET WITH THE TIMES!

I worked with Dylan Taylor. He was awesome I dropped my car off right before they closed and the next day my car was complete.. I needed an alternator and a new battery. They had the part on hand. This was my first visit here and I would definitely recommend Nissan again..

Great Experience!!!! Ashley was my salesperson and she was AMAZING!!!! She is so sweet and personable!!!! I also loved the way how when I walked in no one was pushy like some other car dealerships. They let me breathe! I also like how no one pushed me to buy a car even though I bought the most amazing car for a young professional straight out of college. I love my 2017 Altima SR Midnight Edition. I would not have picked out such a great car if it was not for the friendly staff. I bought my car a week ago and I have had numerous calls and text from my salesperson just checking on me and that is a great feeling. I feel like Family with the Jim Burke staff!!! If you're looking to buy a Nissan from Jim Burke ask for Ashley, she is AMAZING!!!!!!

By far one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dealer ship. When everyone else in the country couldn't put me in the car these guys in Alabama got it done. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who isn't able to get the car they want. I promise these guys will get it done. They put me in my 370 in less than 30 minutes. So give them a try you won't be disappointed. Shout out to Michael Fischbach, for making this deal happen. One of the best easiest car salesman I've ever done business with.
