Was very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Eddie Hicks and his professionalism, kindness, sincerity, and desire to ensure my vehicle was properly handled. Additionally, every employee I encountered were friendly and professional - a trait unfortunately not seen often in today's world. Management should be very proud of this staff for employees are a company's biggest asset. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced here and please thank Mr. Hicks again for me for delivering excellent service!

They went out of their way to be nice to me. I really appreciated how they helped me to find where I needed to go. The waiting room was pleasant, they provide free coffee and the only thing I could suggest is to add tea and cocoa for us weirdos that do not drink coffee although they do have vending machines for snacks and soda.

The attendant I had was very good and I appreciated his efficiency. The waiting area is much to be desired and seems somewhat disorganized

They thought it would take 2 1/2 to do the servicing I needed ( I showed up on a busy day without an appointment) but offered a free shuttle ride back and forth so I didn’t waste my day! I loved that! It ended up being much quicker!

Jim Burke is by far the best Hyundai dealer in Birmingham they found problems that the other dealers could not find. One thing I was a little disappointed in though was not detecting a massive hole in my air intake on the first visit, which seems like it should have been easily detected it was only discovered when I brought the car back the next day because it still wasn’t running right but they went out of their way to helpful our service writer Eddie Hicks was a class act and seemed like he genuinely cared

Erin Evans was the Sales Associate that assisted me in the purchase of my 2017 Sante Fe Sport. Even though she had only been there a short time, she was very enthusiastic and helpful in answering questions that I had regarding the product. And then we met Brad who went above and beyond the call of duty to help to ensure we got the best financing possible . It is wonderful to make purchases that can be life changing for most individuals when you have a team behind you willing to help you make the best decision possible. I have sold cars in the past and know the amount of pressure everyone can be under both as the sales team because that becomes their livelihood and as the purchaser because that cuts into your income. They handled it extremely well and there was no pressuring to make an decision. Awesome Team and Jimburke Hyundai. 100% recommend them to purchase your next vehicle through

The five stars are for Jordan Cook. I took my Subaru for scheduled service yesterday, after making sure Jordan was on duty. He is always courteous and professional, and he knows his job. I can't say that about everyone working at the Jim Burke dealership. Jordan is an asset, and represents his company extremely well.

I had an amazing experience buying a new car! Josette Rice has ensured that my transition from my other car to this one has been easy and smooth. She was very helpful while I was trying out cars and continues to be helpful weeks after the purchase! Everyone else was very kind and I couldn't be happier doing business with them!

I recently purchase a Santa Fe Sport turbo from Jim Burke Hyundai Brian Christopher, my salesman, made my buying experience very pleasant he efficiently located the car I wanted, gave me a great "out the door" price on the vehicle and then spent several hours explaining/answering any questions I might have on my car was definitely impressed with the service I received I would highly recommend Jim Burke, as well as Brian Christopher, to anyone interested in buying a new car 👍

My buying experience at Jim Burke Hyundai was second to none. My sales person Brian Christopher was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the particular vehicle I bought. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. As far as financing goes Mr. Willie gets the job done. He fights for his customers to get the most competitive rate and terms. I sincerely appreciate everything both of these gentleman did to make my buying experience a truly pleasant one!

Had a really good experience. My sales rep Brian Christopher was very helpful without being pushy. He listened to what I wanted and did everything to make sure I was satisfied. The entire experience was very pleasant. After the sale was completed he sat in the car with me to go over everything and told me if I had any questions to give him a call and he would be more than happy to help. By the time I left I thought of him as a friend and not just a sales rep. I was very impressed with the lease experience. Had never done this before but it was not at all scary or stressful. I have always had a high opinion of the dealership and this has confirmed my opinion. Love the car and expect to be doing business with this rep and dealership for a long time.

Great vehicle shopping experience. I was very pleased with my experience while shopping for a vehicle for my daughter. Theo Black did the most amazing job gathering all the details to meet her needs.
