I recently purchased my first car from Serra Kia with the help of the salesman, Colby Chapman. My case was not easy, and the Serra team did everything in their power to make the purchase successful. From the receptionist to the general manager, everyone made me feel welcomed. Colby worked very diligently and took the extra time with my case in particular. Wasn't a great experience for me, was informed I couldn't fill out application online and get a call saying they can get me into a vehicle, wanted $2,500 down for used vehicle older model. Research online got a newer vehicle online for $800 down, price to finance from other dealership is awesome!!

I walked into this dealership in April to order a key for my Kia Optima , when I first arrived staff was having a conversation and I just stood there for 10 minutes before a word was even said to me. Finally when I got help I got sent to parts , the guy there didn't even look at me he was on his computer and he was very rude , well yes he was probably working but didn't really pay attention to me or even bother really helping me out . I didn't feel welcomed here . When I ordered my key the guy said it would take approximately 3 weeks . I understand things do not always go as planned, I called back within 4 weeks still the key has not arrived . Well I called back today to check 7-20-2017 .3 months later he said "I'm sorry I will have to re-order it still has not came in". I honestly believe the key was never ordered, Especially the way their customer service is .

Great customer service these days is, unfortunately in my experience, the exception rather than the norm so I feel it should be recognized when it's received. I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years and have always, without exception, experienced over-the-top customer service from Bryan Arrington. Not only because of his knowledge, but I feel confident Bryan searches for and provides me with the best possible deals at every visit. The Service Department always delivers fast and friendly service. Brian's customer service is the reason I drive over 25 miles (one way) just to get my oil changed and the reason I will continue doing business with Serra Kia of Gardendale.

When Hover Kia wouldn't stand behind their word we went to Serra. They fixed the issue that Hover Kia wouldn't and was more than happy to do so. We recently purchased a new vehicle from them. Great service! Great people! If you want to buy a Kia GO TO SERRA!

I bought a car here in October it is now January and i still do not have my car registered. The fiance company they put me through is terrible. they have a 1.9 star rating online and i wish i would have known that prior because then i would have never done that. I have called this dealership multiple times to get some one to help me and no one seems to even care. The lady at the front flat out told me my Manager wont talk to you. I wish i would have never had purchased a car from this place.

Kris in the used car sales department was the BEST salesperson I've ever dealt with. Extremely helpful. Everyone on staff was very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're in the market for a good, reasonably priced pre-owned car.
