The kids liked it, of course. The accommodations were satisfactory. Nothing super fancy, but just enough of what I would expect out of a hotel/childrens water park. The yellow water slide was really thrilling. lazy river was too shallow, the hot tub wasn't hot enough, there weren't enough blankets in the room and when I asked for more, the blankets I got were pretty thin.

We went for my 5 yr daughter's birthday, and it was a great experience! She got a bag of complimentary cookies in our room and a little sign on the door. They offer more for birthdays at an up charge, but just ask for the complimentary birthday items, it pleased her! The hotel is very nice, the room was clean. The room did have a little musty smell but ok, I guess.

Once a year my family goes to an indoor water park during the winter. This year we decided to try timber ridge lodge. We get there and the kids section of the park is closed. Since we have two young children we were disappointed but it wasn't the end of the world. Then we go to go swim and they are repainting the kids pools. The entire place smelled like a chemical fume. It was unbearable and I was worried about what my kids were breathing in. I went to the front office to complain and all they said they could do was a 20 dollar gift card to the arcade. Gee, thanks. If I wanted to go to an arcade I wouldn't have drove 2 hours. I was very disappointed with my stay. I won't be coming back.

Fun get a way for the family! It's located in The Grand Geneva so you get all the amenities of the resort but in a family lodge setting. The indoor water park is modest and perfect for young families. It's so easy to keep an eye on the kids! Rooms are fun and have a kitchenette. There's an arcade too and birthday party packages!

Was pleased that they offer rooms for the day so you can go to the water park and have somewhere to change. These rooms are close so it was very convenient. Only downside was the number of slides. Only one indoor area that we found, but perfect size for s single day.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. We started for one night only, but we made sure to get to the water park both on the day of our arrival and on the day of our departure. This was the second time we had started at this property and it was just as awesome as the first time. My wife and I love the 2 hot tubs and the water park and the lifeguards are always on already and do a great job. The child activities in the weekends are really fun to. This is a family favorite of ours and we plan on continuing to return every year.

Great place for that quick weekend getaway. The two-bedroom suite was nice except for the narrow area that holds the dining table. The water park was great. The restaraunt and arcade were decent. Good times overall.

I loved this place. My 4 &6 year old were in heaven. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Seems all would go out of their way just to say hello when passing by.

We have stayed here with our two young kinds a few times and have been pretty happy with our experience. What helps is that we book a room through VRBO that is owned by someone, so it's has always been well maintained and it is very clean and well stocked upon out arrival. Plus the price is better. We love the water park, it is perfect for kids of all ages and you never have to worry about the weather since most of it is indoors. They also added a mini golf course this year which my 5 year old loved. We have been to Smokey's a few times, once for breakfast, where the service was slow and food average. But tried it again for dinner and had an experience that was much better. The only thing that could have been better is the overall construction of the building. If you have noisy neighbors either above you or next to you, you will probably hear them.

The stay was great. We played in the pool and on the water slides. Ate pancakes at smokies the were awesome. The bad things about the water park is the floor is slippery, I slipped once and I saw to kids who were not running fall on their button. The lazy River is nice paced, but has to many empty tubes in the river, blocking the way. We had a suite on the fourth floor the room was nice. However the upper bedroom was very warm and only had a very loud vent fan from the lower room. In the master bedroom the trim above the closet still had painters tape on it for some reason. All that said it was a very nice stay.

Rooms: Fantastic! Clean and spacious, very well kept. Resort Experience: Very good! Even with many kids around, still a quiet and comfortable experience. Food: Subpar. We tried the restaurant, Smokey's, and it was not great quality. The staff was friendly, but we wish we would have eaten somewhere else. Location: Very near the main highway, but could use a bit more signage to help find the resort. Downtown Lake Geneva is also only 8 minutes away and offers an abundance of things to do.

Very easy to find. Clean rooms, attentive staff, and plenty of convenient parking. The lifeguardson staff at the water park were so vigil and committed, contently roaming and making sure the little ones were never in harm's way. Horseback riding and activities on premises, including nightly story time. Definitely will be back.

Went here for an overnight trip. Resort staff are incredibly friendly. The suites are spacious with almost all of the conveniences of home (no oven), so be prepared to purchase snacks and a few meals to eat in your room. This will probably be necessary since the only place to eat on-site during the week is the snack shop in the water park. The selections are okay with your usual toddler fare and the food was fresh and made to order since they weren't busy. They have a full service restaurant on-site, but it isn't open during the week. The water park was great for my 3 year old. She was able to take part in everything except for one slide that had a 48" height requirement. The guards are excellent and never stop moving and watching the kids. I wouldn't hesitate to go again but would prepare for the lack of food options available under one roof.

The water park was clean and inviting. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed kinda sucked to be honest. The price is a bit steep but you're paying for access to all the resort amenities. There are children's activities included and free frozen treats. We went for my son's belated birthday and they had a happy birthday sign on the door and birthday cookies in the room. We will definitely return.
