Wonderful pies and I really enjoyed the chicken pot pie as well!
The crust on the pies (both sweet and the pot pie) was very very well done, and the filling of the chicken pot pie was wonderfully seasoned.
Friendly cashiers and a cozy atmosphere tops off this very nice place to grab a quick bite for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.response / report this review -

Great biscuits and coffee! Sadly I didn't have room for pie but will have to go back for a slice another time. Definitely would like to go there for brunch again as well! They get pretty busy for a small shop but have a lot of great outdoor seating in back.

This quaint little place is a must if you're in the area. It's easy to get to if you're on the blue line between the loop and O'haire. The Key Lime was probably the best I've ever had!

I ordered the apple pie and it was just okay, since it is a "pie" shop I was expecting much more I'm a crazy biscuit and gravy fan, but I always think that is missing something into it.. this restaurant's idea was great, add some ingredients to our beloved biscuit and gravy and voila just one problem: not all the biscuit includes gravy and there is a charge of $5 for a gravy side I was thinking about coming back to try different flavours but paying almost $20 for a pie and a biscuit and a side of gravy it is not for me

A friend recommend this place. The biscuit were delicious. Love the outdoor seating. Nice friendly atmosphere. Great selection on the menu. The food is good and so is the coffee.

I wish the food came out warmer but it's still delicious! I got a raspberries and cream hand pie and it was the perfect blend of crunch and soft. The bacon at both this location and the one on Damen are ALWAYS fantastic so i highly recommend any dish with that!

There is always a line out the door, but it moves quickly (think Portillos). The staff is extremely friendly. The biscuit dishes were out of this world. I had the bacon biscuit with collard greens, egg and hot sauce with a slice of chocolate pecan pie. It was honestly too much food, but I had to try both. The prices are definitely reasonable for portion and homemade quality. This is a must try in Logan Square and a true gem!

The line was out the door but it moved pretty quick. Large outdoor area to sit and eat and a few indoor tables and stools against the wall. I had the ham biscuit which was delicious. I also tried 3 different pie flavors also delicious. While waiting for my order I saw a few pot pies going out and wish I had ordered one they looked great but maybe next time.

We come here once a year when my mom visits from AZ. We are never disappointed. The food and service is excellent! Definitely worth the trip and the wait! One of these days we will be able to attend there pie baking classes.:)

We had Bang Bang Pie for our wedding and our guests were so happy and impressed with their service! A huge thank you to their staff for coordinating and delivering everything on time and for all their extra help. The pies were absolutely delicious and will be talked about for a long time! We love this place and we were so thrilled that everyone enjoyed it too!

This was, hands down, the best biscuit I've ever eaten in my life; even better than my grandmother's - no offence grandma! The sausage was perfectly cooked, as was the adorable little muffin tin baked egg (and I do mean perfect! Liquid yellow center, fully cooked whites, and the exact same size as the biscuit. Mind=blown) The entire place is adorable and comfortable, and the outdoor "pie garden" seating area is so laid back, comfortable and well shaded that you feel right at home. Top the great food and location with an unbelievably friendly staff and fast service and you have an absolutely perfect brunch in my book.

My friend actually lives above Bang Bang Pie, so Google always asks me to check-in whenever I visit. . . I'm hoping this will get it to stop. But, on a pie note, they serve pie at Bang Bang Pie and other breakfast foods. It's tasty, damn tasty actually! I'd recommend it, as I'm sure most others do, which is why there's always a stupidly long line out the door every nice weekend morning.

Bang Bang never disappoints! There is usually a line out the door on the weekends, but don't let that deter you because they are fast and the food is excellent. They have a lot of out door seating and the place is family friendly. Bang Bang is one of my go-to places for out-of-town guests, it's always a hit.

You can openly talk with the people working the register and get some great suggestions. They know what they're talking about. Just ask. It's that easy. The pie is ridiculously good, but you're best off asking them what they think is the best based off of what you normally like. If you prefer savory, then tell them that (include preferences like cheese, meat etc, they'll recommend you something good). Really, just ask. They're happy to tell you about the things they've already tried that they think you'll like.
