Great little hidden gem. Free food 24-7 was much appreciated. Staff very friendly and welcoming. A very unique place tgat I would absolutely stay at again. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel but nice change.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. From check in to check out, they were very welcoming. The location is also excellent. Nearby there are numerous restaurant and shopping choices. The University of Phoenix arena is a short drive down the freeway, which was my main reason for choosing the Thunderbird Executive Inn; I was attending a concert. The rooms were very large and spacious; very clean and inviting. I really liked that they offered concessions on the house. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the Glendale/Phoenix area! Very impressed.

I stay in a hotel 3 days out of every week. The staff and hospitality at Thunderbird is second to none. You won't be disappointed. Very accommodating.

I enjoyed this place quite a bit..The location is great lots of nearby places to go eat and visit. The staff very friendly always saying pleasant hellos. They also provide some snacks and drinks which were quite nice and thought it was very cool of them

I was surprised to find that this place is a residence facility for a conference center on the campus of a university. We weren't attending a conference but rented a room there. It was quiet and comfortable. Not upscale, by any stretch of the imagination, but OK.

Very comfortable room. I loved being able to walk around some beautiful grounds. The customer service was excellent as well.

Nice, clean,contemporary rooms. The beds were extremely confortable. Slept Well.
A little expensive.
When we checked out, they charged a $250 fee for my Registered Service Dog, that they knew was with me, but the manager reversed that fee, when I provided proof of Certification. Overall, a nice place to stay.

awesome place to stay! they have a snack bar open and the food and beverages are complimentary which was great! i always saw the staff happy from the front desk to the room service. i also saw alot of the workers cleaning at any hour of the day and that is a huge thumbs up! room was also very spacious for being a little on the small side but the air conditioning was perfect. and just overall comfortable stay. the happiness rubs off from the front desk to those staying here.
