Super clean, great location for my work. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good and better than expected. Nice gym to use in the mornings, not huge but prefect for me to get something done in the morning.

Absolutely awesome room and service. They offered free breakfast and dinner even free drinks if you like alcohol. Completely stellar place to stay. I would recommend it. My suite offered a full fridge, cook top, toaster, dishes, ice machine in the freezer, hide a bed, massive king bed, and good size bathroom. Tons of storage if you stay for a while. Overall a fantastic experience.

It's our home away from home. Love all the amenities and extra. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen and living room areas. My favorite place to stay when we are visiting our kids in Surprise.

Hotel staff was amazing and incredibly friendly. Very clean hotel. The room was so spacious. We had a suite and i can honestly say i was very impressed. They allow pets as well. Beds were so comfortable i didn't want to leave. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect! Full kitchen included. Had everything we needed. Front desk clerk name "Matthew " was exceptional! We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Really enjoying our stay. Surprise is a convenient distance if visiting g family in Sun City. Lots of dining options close by and the sports complex is amazing. Facilities are in great shape and room was quiet with good A/C.

Service is wonderful. Had the wrong room booked and they were able to get us a better one for only a few dollars more (as compared to hundreds). Centrally located with 3 or 4 grocery stores near by and far enough from the main road to be quiet but still close enough that I don't need GPS to start my trip. A 2 bedroom with a kitchenette is amazing with a king, queen, and pull out full size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook and clean with.

I absolutely love the Marriott extended stay line. This one is a solid link in the chain. The staff was wonderfully friendly, the rooms are immaculate and welcoming. The manager Nahla, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast in the morning was so tasty. And the hot tub was actually hot! Stay here.

Really nice. Stayed one night in a king suite. Everything was perfect. Check in was quick and easy, staff was super friendly and professional and the room was great. The location was perfect. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great hotel. The service was wonderful. Checked in on my app and they had my room key ready and made me feel at home. The room is beautifully kept. The location is walking distance from the Royals training center.

Very Pleasant Stay
Our favorite hotel in the Phoenix area! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The amenities are many including freshly prepared breakfast buffet daily; complimentary Happy Hour 3 nights during the week; or relaxing around an outdoor firepit, outdoor pool and basketball court. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are immaculate. The location, on Bell Ave, is ideal for baseball enthusiasts or for general shopping and restaurants.
