I recently had surgery at Three Rivers Hospital. I felt very important and we'll cared for. Keep up the good work.

I went to the health Trac for rehabilitation, following surgery. The therapist that worked with me was very good! I had a bad experience with another therapist that was working there. She gave me dirty looks the entire time I was doing my theraphy. It was very uncomfortable! I did not finish my theraphy because of it! I will never go back again! I would not recommend the facility to anyone! I have worked with the public for years. If you have a problem with someone, you have enough courtesy, to pull them aside. Not degrade them with dirty looks! That is very unprofessional and needs addressed! I will be filing a complaint on her!

I spent several hours in the ER yesterday with a family member in acute pain. The staff was kind, courteous and professional. I was met by staff at the curb with a wheelchair and they transported the person so I could park the car upon arrival ( Deb was amazing). The ER staff were organized and their top priority was to make my family member comfortable. Test were run, a diagnosis given, after care instructions and meds explained. Then, the security officer and Deb waited with her at the curb while I got the car and they transferred her from the wheelchair to my car. I was very impressed with the care and kindness and would highly recommend TR ER.

Horrible. Don't go here if at all possible. The nurses we dealt with were demeaning and rude. Care was poor at best.

Terrible Experience at this hospital with its bait and switch pricing for tests. I was advised to have CT scan for abdominal pain which I didn't agree would help as I had one years earlier for the same pain. I called the Three Rivers scheduling to find out the price. I was told it would be $2000 range. I thought I could handle that, well a few weeks after the scan I got the bill. Somehow the scan jumped up to $5700! When I called and asked about the discrepancy I was told it was because I had health insurance. I still don't understand how they can get away with this! There was some BS about my insurance writing the extra amount off so all I had to pay was $3300. I will never go to this dump of a hospital again, they had weeds growing up in parking lot! I am considering seeking some legal action against this place! Stay away from them, go to Kalamazoo if you can swing it.
