You see so many midwives your whole pregnancy so it's hard to get comfortable with just one and a lot of the older midwives just don't care about what's going on. This is my first pregnancy and I have so many questions but never feel like they are answered. I wouldn't recommend this place for your first.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It was not quality or caring treatment, and they actually refused to treat me because it wasn't in their general plan for prenatal treatment. I first went for a prenatal visit, and the nurse I got was very rude. She was extremely judgmental of my lifestyle choices and treated me like an idiot the entire time without provocation or reason. She said my prenatal vitamins were garbage and the ones she wanted to prescribe were better, without even looking at the label. She threatened to call CPS when I was only 8 weeks pregnant, for no reason, with no other children. She did not listen to any of my answers I gave to her questions, and plowed into the next one before I could even finish, cutting me off most of the time. She didn't listen to any of my questions or concerns. It was almost like she was going through a checklist as quickly as possible, just to get certain points, and rushed us out the door. She gave more pamphlets than she gave any valuable information. In fact, she talked more about her own children than she did about my pregnancy, which was the reason for the visit in the first place. When I called the clinic almost 2 weeks after my appointment with some concerns, I was told they would not do anything for me and to just use the emergency room if it got really bad. This clinic does the absolute bare minimum, and won't give any treatment beyond the prescribed plan, no matter what. You'd be better off giving birth in a barn in rural India.

I went in for what I thought was a yeast infection but it ended up being BV. The physician who attended to me, Dr. Tyler, was rude, unhelpful, & made me feel so uncomfortable. She made me feel like a lab rat & dismissed my symptoms to be no more than stress related. I also had issues with many of the midwives during my pregnancy 5 years ago & only care to see Susan & Joani. I was grateful to get in on such short notice for my recent issue but this recent experience will definitely make me consider seeking assistance elsewhere.

Always a positive attitude from each and every midwife! My first time and they make me feel like all my worries are normal, yet make sure to look into them and help me with them. Great team!

I have been seeing multiple midwives throughout my pregnancy and none of them pay attention to the file, they don't care about your concerns, and just plain make you feel like your alone in your pregnancy. I do NOT recommend having your baby at bronson at all. I'm supposed to be seeing someone every week now but they overbooked so I don't have an appointment till 14 days out. They don't pay attention worst hospital ever! I had to swab myself for my step b test as well. Can not stress how poor this hospital has been.

A family member had a recent miscarriage and Dr G. Rodriguez refused to give her a note for time lost at work. Heavy bleeding and severe cramping made it impossible for her to stand for long hours at work. She was also in a great deal of emotional distress. A call to patient relations was useless, they did not return calls. Going to patient relations was difficult as they are hidden in a back building on the third floor. We finally found them but it was also useless, they said they would work on it but all they did was call her back and say they didn't think there was anything they could do. The request was for a NOTE to excuse a young women from work during a MISCARRIAGE so she could continue with her life at work. No they didn't give her a note and she lost her job. She lost her baby and now her job!!! (For GOD's sake this was NOT a request for DRUGS)! No compassion at this place. Bronson you DO NOT deserve a Baldrige Award!!!
