Well, if you're into nuclear plants, history, or seeing if irradiated cats really do have 18 half-lives (haha), it's worth checking out, and about an hour or so from Centralia, the Silent Hill ghost town. But stop at the visitor's center firsttake my word for it, while the sineage near the island's access is rather passive aggressive and fails to adamantly say 'keep out', and while there is no gate, barricades, or sentry posted, DO NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE!! And don't pronounce it new-kyoo-lurr. (Haha again, but seriously, don't cross the bridge!)

Amazing experience back in 79! enjoyed the simulated meltdown even that happened, the dead bodies were a nice touch too!
