Good food, great prices. The only negative is the Soul Blade arcade machine has bad joysticks.
Great food, Great price, Great staff
Had pizza and wings and several Yingling Black and Tan. The pizza was good. Had the sweet Chile wings - also good. The Black and Tan was tasty. The service was great.
Lots of people rave about it, but I don't share the same hype. Food is okay, and reasonably priced. Good for a cheap night out.
Great chicken all u can eat $9.99 with 2 sides. Best deal in down. #awesome
Food is very good, but all of our drinks had stuff floating in them. We asked for new drinks and they also had things floating in them. So not the cleanest but food is good.
I love this place. My dad took us here as kids and now 40 years later , i bring my daughter here. Relaxed atmosphere, freindly service and excellent food !!
Very good pizza and awesome boneless wings. One of the oldest and most favorite places of mine to eat. My only complaint is the floors are very slippery especially after rain or snow and the place does need renovated. Otherwise a great place to eat
Awesome staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food!
It's great here! The waiters are nice, The arcade is amazing, and the food is cheap! The pizza is one of the best pizzas I ever tasted, The wings and pasta are delicious! Overall, It's one helluva 10/10!
The food was great as was the service. Our waitress Olivia was very attentive. The place could use a little update but otherwise very clean.
Best pizza in town. the sauce is one the sweet side and the cheese tastes like it comes straight from Italy. No kidding. Love It!
They charge for drink refills. The charge for drink refills!! What kind of nickel and dime operation does that nowadays? Others on here say the prices are good but they're pretty average compared to the other locally owned pizza places in Johnstown. Add the fact that you have to pay for every drink in there and you end up spending more. The service is spotty; sure they're nice enough but I've lost track of the amount of times I've gotten my food and had it finished before the waitperson even came back to the table to ask how everything tasted.
Look, I have a lot of nostalgia for this place. I grew up having birthday parties here, getting excited when friends had parties there, and being real hype for the arcade when they actually cared enough to take care of it. I've given Pappy's a lot of repeat business in the last few years all while gritting my teeth. It isn't worth it. It's probably nostalgia alone for why this is even getting 2 stars.
To top it all off, their trivia night is usually about half sports questions.
Not worth it.
