Not the same Mall it used to be. Sears is gone, as are many other stores like Best Buy. There's more convenient shopping and dining in the strip malls surrounding the mall (Target, Panera, Lowe's, Staples) than the mall itself anymore.

The mall is becoming increasingly smaller. A lot of the larger stores have closed. There are still several fine places to shop and eat. If you are willing to take a few hours to browse their are great deals to be found

A lot of empty spaces and the took out the main fountain which my kids loved. It needs a better anchor store then boscov.

Slowly getting smaller as stores have been leaving. But still some great places left. Shogun Hibachi is excellent. Sephora inside of JCPENNEY does great special occasion makeovers. Antony's Pizza is the best food court pizza!

So many stores have left here. It'd be nice if they could get some out of state, southern or western companies to move in there. We need some uncommon stores in this area.

They have great events and its clean. It is often dead and stores have closed. We are visiting less and less for that reason.

Beautiful mall. Clean inside. A couple stores look like they're closing down though. Hopefully some stuff is going in. But it's still a pretty great place

Lots of great things here. Has been going through some tough times lately but still a really nice local mall. There are two large department stores here and a large sporting good store.

I love this mall but there's not many stores left. Fun to hang out and get food. The food court is always busy.

The Beaver Valley Mall has been dying for years. While "big box" stores are being built up around the mall area in other plazas, the mall proper has nothing in it at all. Now the Macy's is closing. Ross Park Mall is really the only formal retail mall around worth much of anything.
