A wonderful find! Kind of eclectic, but very nice, clean, reasonable prices. Carlos at the front desk is an absolute asset to Pelican Hotel. He went way above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also one of the servers, I think her name is Kristina, also went out of her way to ensure our stay was above expectations!

Great Location in the First Line of Ocean Drive. Staff is friendly. Hotel guests have the Choice out of few breakfasts, which are all good and you get two Drinks Each afternoon.

Service is really low level. I mean guy just cleaned our table by droping everything on the sidewalk. Awesome. I feel like he said "here you go pigs, it's clean now". He did not say anything.

Interesting decor Not exactly sure how to categorize it. Some rooms seemed somewhat contemporary while others were pretty dated. The reception staff, wait staff and the bartender we're all awesome. Some rooms had a slight odor which I think k came from the AC units. The bathroom in my room was dated, the detachable shower head leaked from the top spraying mist all over the shower and the fan was really loud and made really strange noises. It's right on Ocean drive which is nice since you're right close to the beach. Room was very reasonable also

The service at the bar was awful. We went there cause they offered us 2x1 in margaritas and one free tequila shots for everyone. When we got in, the bartender didn't want to accept the 2x1 offer and we had to insist a lot to get it. When getting the check, they tried to charge us $35 instead of $29 that is what they were supposed to, so we had to fight them again to get the right price. After this awful service, they imposed a 20% tip in the check just because. But that's not all, when paying, they said they don't accept change, so we had to pay even more to round the number to an integer. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemy

A very eccentric hotel layout wise.
Hotel is right on Miami's south beach
Staff is extremely friendly.
There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel
All guests staying at the hotel get 20% off their dinners.!!!!!
And after 4 pm all guests get 2 free alcoholic drinks!!!
This is amazing and what a deal.. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was well priced. The drinks were 2 for 1 very good price. The waiter was nice enough to give us 3 free drinks. We had an amazing time. There was also live music, acoustic guitar and it sounded good.

This place was so accommodating. After our cruise we had 10 hours until our flight and my 72 year old mom was exhausted. So we asked if we could rent a room for the time being. The young gentleman booked a room for her and let us leave our luggage. The place was very clean and the view of the strip was amazing.
