My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and exactly what I needed. I was only in town for a night of bar hopping with my nephew. We parked my rental truck over in LoDo to avoid messing with trying to park a 3/4 ton truck in a garage We walked downtown, hitting bars all along the way. When I checked in, the front desk agent was quite friendly and honored my request for a higher floor. My view was nice. You can actually open the windows in the room, a nice surprise. The location is very convenient and walkable to all downtown amenities.

Excellent experiencefrom check in to check out. Nicole Henderson's customer service was phenomenal. The beds do indeed sleep heavenly & the foodfantastic. great locationeasy access to everything. This hotel is definitely one of the better SPG locations in downtown Denver. The service is much better than other locations and the rooms are nicer.
The room service is very nice. The location is great, there are a lot of places to eat close by, and places to shop.
There is also a shuttle that takes you up and down the mall for free which is super nice.response / report this review -

Stayed here twice so far and the staff is extremely friendly. They even upgraded us from a double queen room to a double king room on one of the upper floors. It made our stay even better. The rooms are incredible and spacious. We didn't want to leave! Love how close this hotel is to a bunch of restaurants and shops in downtown Denver.

My steak was cooked perfectly and my kids said there Mac and cheese was amazing, they loved the little pieces of bread in it. Furthermore, our waiter was so nice he was just so polite and our service was very fast. Last my wife's crab was amazing. She said it was the best crab ever, and I normally don't eat crab but I tried it and It was really good compared to most.

My husband and I celebrated our 33 year anniversary over the weekend. Every employee we interacted with was awesome. They were very helpful, polite and quick with responses. This was from valet to bell service, to room service to bartenders, and especially upon check-in. Sheila N. was very helpful and friendly upon check-in. She even gave us a free upgrade for our anniversary and sent a nice basket of bubbly and goodies with a wonderful note. The room was great! The bed was comfy and best of all, the room was well insulated and quiet. With it being halloween weekend and so much going on around the area, I was wondering how the noise level would be. I got to sleep in without noise waking me up and the room was so dark, it made it much easier in the morning. I would definitely recommend the Westin downtown Denver!!

I'm in love with the scent the bath products have. Even the lobybhas it! It's very calming. The bedrooms are spacious and the ammeneties are perfect. I didn't get a chance to try it but they have a guided running club on Thursday mornings though the downtown area. Seems like a fun way to see the city before it's busy.

The Westin Denver downtown was in an ideal location. The staff for valet and check-in were helpful and polite upon arrival and departure. The room was wonderful, with a great view and comfortable bedding. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous. Despite the rather small pool size, the view alone was worth the price of the accommodations. The breakfast in the morning served as a great start to the adventures in Denver that day. I will certainly stay at the Westin Denver downtown during my next visit, and I will recommend it to any friends visiting the area.

Went to the Weston for a bridal show this weekend. The hotel is beautiful and had a great staff. Could be a great venue to have your wedding. The bridal show however did not have as many vendors as I would have hoped. We thought there would be caterers but there was only a cake vendor.

I was attending a Mulesoft Summit for work. Breakfast, snacks, and lunch were provided. I'm used to pretty boring food at these events. This was so superior to the usual fare. Everything was fresh, and delicious. The meeting room had a huge screen for watching the presentations, that was easy to see from anywhere in the room. All in all, this was a first rate experience which impressed my co-workers and me a great deal.

Last night I went to the Westin hotel to eat dinner with my family and I had the best food ever. The room was very nice. Clean, but not super updated. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel has amazing views of the city and it's worth it just for that. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever slept in a hotel, immaculate!. The location is perfect to stroll to the restaurants. Very comfortable, and enjoyable vacation here. with my family. Good meals, and room service.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location, the service, and views are all phenomenal. The beds were likely the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in after a night out on the down. The hotel is just a block away from the 16 street mall and perfectly situated that you can walk most places you would want. My only complaint is that our room wasn't ready at the requested time, but the staff was very accommodating nonetheless and tried to offer every alternative. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're looking to stay in Denver, and will definitely be staying here again.
