Spend a week here summer 2017. Awesome place. Customer service top notch. Nice receptionist put us on a higher floor with great view. Nice quiet hotel. Standard room are large and spacious. Will definitely come back!!
I was subcontracted to DJ an event at this establishment over the weekend. I was extremely pleased with the hospitality from all the workers I came in contact with during the unloading of my equipment until it was time to load and go home. The gentleman on the first floor that helps put the bags on the carts really helped me out by providing me with an extra cart to take my equipment to the upstairs ballroom. The employees working the event inside the ballroom were extremely helpful and polite during the setting up, while the gig was going and during the tear down. I have played in a lot of hotels in SWFL all the way to Miami and this has definitely been one of the best experiences. Great job to all involved.
Beautiful resort. Great attention to detail. Always making an effort to improve the experience. Staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist.
Special shout out to Anne Marie who really went out of her way to make me feel welcome and ensure my return. What a valuable member of your team!
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful views on the water. Cute shops along walk and places to eat. Great place to stay if visiting, or bring house guests if need something to do for the afternoon. The boutique "She Sells Shoes" is a girls dream!
Beautiful hotel with spectacular views. Stayed in a two bedroom suite with a lovely balcony, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee from while admiring the view. Suite bathrooms were huge! The roll away bed was like an actual twin size plush bed on wheels. Very comfy. Overall very nice stay at a beautiful place.
I arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by valet. Valet is not a requirement for this hotel but they did offer the option for it the parking garage is directly. I walked into the lobby and it was very refreshing airy and bright. I was greeted by the front desk reception who was very pleasantly cheerful and overly accommodating( I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and was working with a very tiny brunette girl) . She was overly attentive to make sure that my needs were met upon check in. She did give me a brief rundown of the hotel as well as the mermaid bar out back. I left and went to my Room where she directed me it was at. I was put in room 1209. Immediately upon walking in I was able to see how big the room was as well as the ammeneties that it did offer me. Our room had a full service kitchen, a eating area, a family room area, and a master bedroom suite. The suite had a walk in closet and a huge master bathroom with a washer and dryer. The room had a balcony that was the entire length of the room. The bed was extremely cozy. We did go to the mermaid bar and had great food atmosphere and drinks. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on property. We had a older female that was very energetic, very bubbly, and had a very great personality. She was more than accommodating to our needs while we ate. At any time no matter where we walked the staff was always sure to converse and ask how our stay was going. I could not have asked for a friendlier nicer staff. My only regret was only being able to stay here for one night. I would have loved to stay here longer. I can not wait to stay here again!
The room we got was not clean. There was crumbs all over the couch and a sock from the previous guest. Our shower has mold/mildew all over the tile and even around the window. The door the the next room on the patio which was on our balcony patio had something all over it, looked like vomit to be honest. The hotel room could have been way more enjoyable had it actually been cleaned properly. We ordered breakfast on our first morning and when we put the tray outside our door not even 30 minutes later no one ever picked it up. The cleaning person came through our hallway and passed it without picking the tray up. The tray literally sat in front of our door until the next day. The restaurant food was way overpriced and not worth what we paid. I don't mind spending that kind of money if the food is good, but it simply wasn't. I could go into details but instead I'll just say we went out of the area to eat dinner on our second day, had zero desire to eat that food again.
My visit was a site overview for a conference next year. All the staff members we were in contact with were courteous and helpful. We had lunch on the property and the food was very good.
Very, very nice facility. I was very impressed with the level of service given from the staff at the conference I attended. The facility was very clean and we'll taken care of. They are making a few additions but you will never know because there was no noise or mess while we were inside of the rooms. Very nice place indeed.
Wonderful getaway Resort. Clean, quiet and out from the city. Offers free shuttle to Fort Myers Beach, book it is worth it. Also they offer pay tours to differents activities and areas. Free bike rides perfect to families. I would like more games and amenities around the hotel for families. Nice pool and food offers are good. They have 3 restaurants around. I have a good weekend in this resort.
The Weston Cape Coral is a magnificent dog friendly hotel. The hotel and the entire grounds are breathtaking! We stayed for a month and our suite was very clean and extremely comfortable. The heavenly bed was wonderful, I woke up refreshed every morning. The entire staff was great, they not only treated me and my husband like royalty, they treated my fur baby like he was a king!! They were so good to him and treated the 3 of us like we were family. I highly recommend the Weston Cape Coral, you will not be disappointed!!
Before I have even checked in; when I reserved my stay I input the details of requesting a bottle of champagne chilled and ready on my arrival. When I got my confirmation reservations it stated nothing about this. I called in to confirm and they stated I had to do it online, found that odd and not 5 star service but okay. I went to their website like so many of us do with our mobile devices and nothing. I called again, stated how odd that such a high end resort cannot just prepare a bottle for me in my room, they stated they cannot take cards over the phone. I asked why this is not something you can just charge to the room and they stated they do not have the computer system for it, odd again. I alone (was not informed by the staff of the hotel) found out that if you are on the mobile site you will not see the same things from when you are on your PC, even though the staff insisted it was there. So far, not impressed and I am not even checked in yet. Figures crossed nothing else goes wrong I really just want to take a few days to get away and check out from day to day life and be catered to. I am always willing to pay for the service but I'm feeling a little put off.
My husband and I stay here once a year and absolutely love it. It is truly a Resort with all the amenities that go with it. We stay in their one bedroom condo and it is luxurious, quiet, comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel at home. Plus, the screened balcony is incredible with a spectacular view. A perfect place for breakfast or an evening cocktail.
The staff is wonderful and will do whatever you need to make your stay perfect. We highly recommend it and the location on the marina is exquisite. This is a beautiful city and the Westin makes it perfect.
A little intimidating in size and accessibility, but a beautiful facility.
Wonderful staff from the security gate to the front desk, concierge and bellhop. Plentiful parking. Full disability access everywhere I went. Waterviews are amazing.
Good food in both the restaurants and room service imaginative, nutritious, pairings of food.
The rooms are very big (I had a double queen) with very comfortable beds and linens, a screened balcony overlooking the waterways, nice bathroom is big with a veritable stack of pristine towels and lovely soaps and shampoos. I found the decor in the rooms a bit unimaginative, but perhaps because I live in Key West surrounded by tropical colors all the time.
I only stayed two days but will definitely consider staying longer next time.
