Great Hilton hotel, I was in town for work and would probably stay at another Hilton brand as many people staying here are on vacation and can be drunkly loud. My room was clean, very hot water, decent pressure and quality. Staff is friendly, parking lot is a bit strange to get to but not difficult. I would recommend, close to the beach and not breaking the bank.

Very clean and great food. Breakfast buffet for 10.00 and it was awesome. I'll go to eat breakfast even if I don't stay here.

Pros: Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee maker in room was fun. Reasonably quiet night. Cons: Bathroom wasn't the cleanest (little hairs on sink and toilet seat grossed me out), a/c didn't seem to be doing its job (stayed at 73 degrees no matter what temperature we set it at, so woke up sweaty and uncomfortable). No free breakfast.
Edit: Revising my review and bumping it up a star. We were able to change rooms and the a/c works swimmingly.response / report this review -

My stay was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would recommend this location.

The hotel was great. Rachel did a fantastic job checking us in and check out was a breeze. The rooms were up to date with a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were very tidy. Great hotel.

The hotel was actually very nice. It was homey, and we felt very comfortable there. There was a small discrepancy with our reservation and we came down the next day, spoke with Angel. He was great. Very helpful, and professional. He took care of everything and some! So, although it was no Ritz Carlton, it Still received 4 stars. Unfortunately, 5 is a very high number (with only 5 to give out), for me at least is very valuable and therefore cannot just be handed out.

I'm a loyal customer Diamond member from Hilton Honors. I booked a stay on July 4 for 2 nights we arrived around 12:00 am on July 5th, the lobby is amazing it's a beautiful place very well put together. We checked in and as we proceed to the room, I was expecting to see the same care and beauty that i just experience at the lobby when I walked in. I noticed that the room was not cleaned properly , I found hair all on the bathroom floor, coffee maker was left with a used coffee bag in it , and when I decided to take a shower we didn't have any clean towels in the bathroom. I call the front desk and I was told to go to the front desk to grab them. Breakfast is not included and I need to pay $10.50 for the breakfast. My family and I did not have a good experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers Florida.

Service was great. Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable. As were pillows. Kcup coffee maker in each room. Salt water aquarium in lobby. Nice place.

Not as nice as other Hilton Gardens. Booked thru Expedia. Booked queen room with roll away. They do not have either at this hotel. We had to book a second room. Manager refused to discount or do anything for us. Room was clean. Most were friendly. No free breakfast. Not ore best time away.

Our company recently hosted an event at this hotel. I found it easy to get to using Google maps and there was plenty of parking. When I arrived and walked inside I was greeted by hotel staff. They were quite pleasant and helpful in directing me to the proper conference rooms. Overall it was a great experience and would look forward to doing it again.

Location is perfect, pretty much in the perfect area with everything around it. All employees are personable and kind to the guests and help you with every need. The rooms are always kept clean and serviced. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again and would recommend to people.
