Everything about our stay was fabulous. The customer service was excellent, the room was everything we expected it to be, and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are spacious. You are in the middle of a shopping centre so you have access to many retail stores and restaurants. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The free breakfast has a great variety of options, eggs, French toast, oatmeal, bacon, potatoes etc. The pool is small but does the job when you need to cool off. Great hotel and super friendly service.

Regrettable experience at Hyatt Place Coconut Point today. I spoke up when I noticed that the printed pet policy differed from the pet policy on World of Hyatt app (where I made my booking). Hotel representatives chose to ignore the latter and enforce the franchisee’s own policy. As a result, my stay was canceled. Hyatt “corporate” intervention, Explorist guest status, and willingness to pay pet fee didn’t affect this outcome. In my view, hotel representatives should have taken responsibility for this surprising inconsistency and flexed the policy accordingly. Requested and received a refund.

Recently had some trouble with my ac so stayed in a room recently. Awesome hotel. Great price, large rooms and if you're traveling the location is fantastic.

Hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Items were stolen from our room. We can only assume that it was the cleaning staff. We left multiple messages for the manager and after 2 weeks, we have had no return call. Poor experience. Will not stay here again.

Best hotel I have stayed at in years. Reasonable prices with the customer service fantastic breakfast!!! Definitely recommend. I work in construction and travel for a living so I'm in a hotel every week. The front desk people treated me like they wanted me to be there. Can't say enough good things about this place.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests. Kelly welcomed us warmly and verified our reservation. She also surprised us with chilled champagne waiting in our room to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. Our weekend was wonderful! Room was spotless! Very comfy and cozy! Would love to stay again in the future! Thank you Hyatt Place Coconut Point!

Convenient location. 1/2 hour drive to beach. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Outdoor pool, hot tub, sun deck. Modern hotel. Complimentary breakfast & newspaper. Friendly staff.

Overall a great choice for a short to medium length stay. Booked a king room at a great rate through Hyatt directly. The room was very clean, super spacious, and included a sitting area with pullout bed that was semi-partioned from the main sleeping area. The free breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection, but there is limited seating. The best feature of this hotel is you are at the Coconut Point Mall with shopping, movies, and dining merely steps away. 10 minute drive to the beaches and about 20 minutes in either direction to Ft. Myers and Naples.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to endless shops and restaurant options. The rate was a bit high but expected as it is spring break and still season in the area. Will recommend and stay again in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights in early March 2017. Used points so cannot comment on price. Excellent "free" breakfast. (Nothing is free, but it was good.) Located essentially within the parking lot of the Coconut Point shopping center, which is quite a place. Employees were truly helpful and engaging.
