  Horrible customer service. Staff basically ignored us, did not greet us or offer help. When we asked for sizes to try on in shoes and clothing they would come back with wrong sizes. Staff preferred to gossip and talk rather then help us. They did not seem eager to sell products at all.

  If you are Vans enthusiast, this is a must stop for in the city. This store maintains all the classic designs and some of the future prototypes that Vans is testing. This store can be quite crowded, so service can take a bit. Nonetheless good shopping experience in SOHO.

  Staff loitering beside you and asking non stop if you need help isn't helpful, it's smothering and makes you feel uncomfortable. Asking once is enough. And they have a very poor selection of ladies larger sizes, unfortunately.

  Best selection of vans in manhattan. They have the vault collection which you won't see at a traditional vans location. It's a specialty store that houses a New York base skate apparel brand called DQM. A higher quality skate apparel brand.

  Super sharp collection of Vans clothing and shoes. One guy helping me with shoes was way too cool for school and left me to do up the laces myself and didn't check back with me to see if the fit or anything. Though, I was saved by a different dude that was super helpful and friendly.
