Very pleased with the Dell latitude 7420 I ordered from them. Was skeptical at first by how low the price was, but decided to go for it after seeing many positive reviews. The laptop was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. Although my laptop was not the exact laptop pictured in the listing (different service tag), the specifications and condition matched exactly. Happy to do business with them and would recommend to others!

Came to sell my 2018 Surface Book 2. APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Really enjoyed the vibe of the space and employees were very friendly and professional. They ran a check-up which took about 10 mins. Probably the best price in town in terms of selling your old tech. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience! Purchased thru eBay, a bit hesitant, but went with # of sales and rating. Computer exactly as described (it is in really good condition). It was ready to set up Windows 10 home with info need as I turned it on. Once complete and I added personal security package it was ready to go, running fast with out any hitches. Perfect for our 94 yr old uncle who is a bit hard on a laptop but wants a big screen that runs fairly fast! He is very happy with this one! ~ So are we, my husband wanted to keep it for himself! Keep up the GREAT work Adam ~ giving a second life to old computers AND helping to provide reasonably priced computers to the public.

I am from outside the US, Bought mac, battery swole, send email so that they know that the computer is not working properly, they told me they would fix it even if it is outside warranty, went there yesterday and they keep telling me is outside warranty and acant fix it. Also, except for the woman the guys have horrible service

I am always hesitant when buying large ticket items online from third party venders, especially when they're located on the other side of the country. I had the opportunity to purchase a used 15.6" ASUS K53E laptop a month ago on eBay and was overall incredibly satisfied with the price, condition of the unit and efficiency in delivering the product. Shipping was free to anywhere in the USA and the unit also included a 90 day warranty on the product that showed me how much faith Computer Overhauls has in the computers that they sell. After my purchase, I had the opportunity to recommend them to a friend that was looking for a similar laptop to mine and I had the chance to look over that unit as well when my friend got it. Similar to my experience, that laptop was in very good condition and his experience was identical to mine with regards to his purchase. I will continue to recommend Computer Overhauls to friends who might be in the market for well refurbished laptops from a reliable vendor that also offer warranties on their products.
