  Went here to resize and refinish the little lady's rings. Entire staff immediately and pleasantly greeted us. After determining correct sizes, we waited a bit until jeweler named David who was working non-stop from time we arrived was ready to do work. We were able to observe while he carefully cut, add gold, finish and polish rings and made them look brand new again. He was also able to do job without erasing engraving on the rings. This man is a true artist. . This visit to Jewelry Exchange merits 5 big stars for their customer service and expert work!

  The staff is great I am a repeat customer and super satisfied with the service I received. Luckily I got a band there for $500.00 less than i was paying at Macys and got way better quality stones!!! At to Miguel and Jenn(manager) who helped me select my eternity band !!
