We checked in on Friday, June 16, 2017 for a family Wedding. Upon checking into our room we were surprised that the suite for 6 was extremely small compared to the description. There was no place for additional luggage for our daughters. We had to move the table and chairs to pull down the Murphy bed making it difficult to move around the suite. I opened the patio door for our 3 three old to play while we were getting ready for the wedding. Within minutes he came inside to tell us that he found something. To our surprise it was a used maxi pad laying on the patio. I immediately called guest services. Housekeeping was sent to our room to pickup the gross maxi pad. No greeting or no apology at all. Our family spent thousands of dollars over the weekend for the wedding plus money spent shopping. We, both are GMs of well known hotels and we couldn't believe what our 3 year old found plus the lack of great guest service. I took a picture of the dirty maxi pad but could not attach it to my post.

Darryl was horrible, the customer service was wretched. They had an event and there was no parking to be found and the staff was less than accommodating . It's pretty the area but the front desk leaves much to be desired. I met an employee in the parking lot named hunter who was apologetic and somewhat helpful.
I would highly suggest calling ahead to check in events before you book.

We had a room booked here for three nights for our "mini-moon" and we couldn't have been more pleased! The rooms were awesome and the views were absolutely breathtaking! My husband had booked this and thought he had the room with the full kitchen attached to it and accidentally booked the one without based on the description and photos on their website. It was no problem though because this gracious, amazing hotel opened up our room to the adjoining room with the kitchen so we could have our full suite to celebrate our wedding! We also got breakfast at the restaurant every morning and loved the quiet, calm atmosphere as we watched the beautiful lake outside. The valet and bell hops were also so polite and helpful. Even the front desk staff seemed to know our names even though they didn't see us that frequently and would greet us so pleasantly when we saw them. My husband also booked a surprise with them where they would do a special turn down service and leave us roses and chocolates. I loved every moment we were here and I only wish we could have stayed longer!

One of the few places or things I've dealt with that I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was perfect. The employees we dealt with at the resort are what stood out the most, and are worthy of the highest praise. They treated us better than we could have expected. The whole Inn, from the exterior to the lobby to our room, was gorgeous. With a suite that included a fireplace, kitchen, jacuzzi, and lakeview deck, we couldn't have asked for more. I'd have no hesitation recommending the Inn to anyone.
