Phenomenal background and view. Each opera I've seen here has been outstanding in talent, costuming, sets, use of the natural elements, and live orchestra. A beautifully unique experience.

Saw The Shins here and it was spectacular. The partially open amphitheater provided a comfortable climate and ensures that the volume level was never in excess. Seats were comfortable enough and wide so that one could sit in a few different positions throughout the concert. Honestly I can't wait to go back.

We had the time of our lives. I met some friends to attend the opera. Didn't understand a word, but sat next to a very nice lady who was fluent in Italian and she helped explain things during the intermissions.

The spectacle and venue are outstanding.

Beautiful open theater with a great surrounding. Parking was easy and tail gating is allowed. Only water allowed into the theater area but some nice side areas for viewing if you wanted a drink

Behind the stage tour was great. I am not big on operas, but the hour-long tour was very insightful and very educational. Highly recommended. Too bad photography is not allowed but the work it takes to make a costume is unbelievable. Also, for every singer on stage there are approx 61 people behind the scenes (from ticket sales costume designers to stage hands) to put on a show.

Dee Fledermaus was exquisite and perfect for Opening Night. We brought out teenaged daughter who is very excited about her next opera. This world renowned Opera House is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the summer season.
