Great Midtown location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The construction right next door can be a bit of a bummer, but not a lot they can do about it. Also, I Love their shampoo!

Very comfortable stay here. Staff was friendly, and free continental breakfast every morning! Great location, and easy access to the green 4,5, and 6 lines.

My husband booked us at this Midtown hotel. The room was incredibly spacious for NYC. I was shocked that we had a separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette and breakfast table. There is a "continental breakfast" which is mostly carbs and off name yogurtwe only ate it one day. While midtown is quieter, there was some significant construction happening next door involving a crane and an air horn. Luckily we only dealt with it one full day of our stay since they weren't working over the weekend. I docked it one star for the breakfast and the noise, but seriously, there are like, 17 places to eat breakfast in a one block radiusso you won't starve. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although it was only one night the staff was welcoming, and very helpful. The suite we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located in New York, we did not need transportation. Absolutely a wonderful trip and we look forward to staying at this hotel again very soon.

Good service, good location, nice rooms.
Breakfast is not that good, it was reallocated to the side building and it was a chaos. The site building was under construction too and no chance to have a good rest

There is a lot of construction outside which is loud and annoying, but it's in a good location and you can walk almost anywhere from here. I've never stayed in another hotel in NYC yet but I hear the rooms here are bigger than average for the price. Employees are nice and funny. Good place to stay when there is no construction.

The hotel was great very nice and helpful. I left jewelry there and the maids found it and kept it safe until and I called. Then payed to mail it back to me which was so generous. Plus the rooms were very clean and spacious plus the wifi worked great. Would definitely recommend

It was my hotel for the first trip to NYC along with my family. And the experience was excellent. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. Fabulous cleanliness and attention. And the location unbeatable.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. Our friends were throwing a game night and the hotel was extremely accommodating. They provided a table, extra chairs and we even got our room upgraded for free. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Manhattan.

Not very impressed with the room. Bathroom is very small. Typical New York hotel - old building - no view out the window. Breakfast included not very good at all. Over priced for what you get. No help upon arrival, with our luggage nor entering the Hotel.

Comfortable, clean room. Honest housekeeping staff. Wife left jewelry in the room after check out and staff returned it to her their supervisor. My wife was very appreciative!
