Expected more from a Sheraton property. Room had barely any space to put you clothes away, just a tiny wardrobe. Bathroom was pretty worn, and housekeeping was always very late in the day and erratic: one day they missed leaving flannels, another day there was no bathroom mat. Breakfast was pretty basic, and the Starbucks at the lobby closed at 2:00pm (!!) Friendly staff, though.

A very modern hotel in the heart of Tribeca. The room was well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. Only a few steps from the Canal St subway station. Many wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is nice and modern, it's a great location, the room is nice and clean. They have a nice business center a Starbucks and centrally located. The only thing I would say is they could offer more room toiletries and a small refrigerator but everything is great. The associates have been very pleasant. So far my Wife and I our enjoying our stay.

Staff are very friendly and service we great. The restaurant within the hotel also had great food. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

This hotel's location is very good, it's close to 2 Subway stations so transportation is easy. It's also within walking distance to Chinatown, where I go for food everyday during my trip. My room was okay, a bit small. Maybe because it's in the corner shared with two other rooms. The room did not come with a small fridge, so we have to make sure to not have any leftovers. We couldn't buy fruits or anything that requires refrigeration. Other than that, it's a neat little accommodation convenient for getting around the city.

Rooms are with out fridge no slippers and no bath robe. Very very dirty room The flooring is stinky and needs a change my pillow inserts were yellow also the duvet insert this was the worse experience ever . I felt like the guys in the next room are sitting on my chair and those who are walking outside my room's door are walking next to the bedI stayed in different hotels here in new York and it was a better experience..
I got some delivery from Amazon which apparently was misplaced by the people who work here (probably given to someone else) and i spent 4 hours waiting for them to bring to my room as i need to pack and check out tomorrow The service desk did not call back and when i called for the 3rd time she said they are looking for it when it was 11:00 pm already!!

I stay here every time I'm in NYC. As an SPG member, I get access to the rooftop lounge that overlooks the city. The rooms are always clean and decent size by NYC standards. Staff is friendly. The location is the best. Short walk to Chinatown, the high line, and a longer but doable walk to the financial district (see the 9/11 memorial & museum). The bagel joint next door is open 24/7 too for this crazy nights and mornings in the Big Apple.

I'm giving Sheraton Tribeca 5 stars because of how well the front desk managed and dealt with my reservations.
I only checked in today, so my review is only based on first impressions- I may update it after the whole experience.

Initially, I was given a room that had a slight issue which was dealt with at a professional and efficient manner from the staff- in particular from Megan, the housekeeper from 12/f and their maintenance engineer. Thank you.

I have booked Sheraton- Bali, Krabi, Shanghai, London and a few more, and the service has never failed.

I'm looking forward to my stay.

Amazing hotel, it is worth it to pay a bit more for the club level rooms, as you get so much in return. You get access to the rooftop bar which has a stunning view and a guaranteed ticket to amazing NYC skyline sunsets. Between 5 and 8 you get free drinks (whatever you want!!) and free snacks. You get free breakfast in that same rooftop area which is amazing too. Be sure to ask for a downstairs breakfast pass too (we got through automatically since they know the rooftop breakfast can be crownded) as they have amazing waffles there!

We loved it here. We where in NYC to see the city not the hotels! The room was clean, the view was perfect for us, authentic NYC downtown. Front desk staff are awesome! Sal was superb! Starbucks in the lobby!
