Nice place a bit dated but it wasn't bad. Nice close access to the Beach and was able to surf fish and catch whiting, Pompano and a small stingray. They also have a gym with some machines that will help you mantain.. 1 thing I disliked is that the pool can get very busy.

I love the Resort on Cocoa Beach! The rooms are beautiful. They came up and changed the two twin beds in the second bedroom into a queen for my girlfriend and I. They have been very respectful of my service dog and the location is great. The onsight restaurant is really expensive, but I heard it's good. Too expensive for us, but there are plenty of other local options.

Perfect place to stay. No need to go to the beach for swimming. Pool is heated with live music. Rooms are very spacious with everything you need. Parking can be done under cover so you have a cool car in the morning with the Florida sun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for couples or family. Nice pool with waterfall. Courteous staff including security. Hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, and movie theater. Children's room with play area. Staff supervised activities for kids and adults.

We are owners of a week each year at the resort and have been coming since 2002. My husband, my daughters and I love the resort. It feels like our home away from home. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The units are continuously updated with the money owners pay for maintenance. We love having the oceanfront view and the beach is right out the back door!! Many happy times!

Very close to the beach with showers right before you walk in so no extra sand! Fun game room and very good service! If you needed something, they brought it up within 10 minutes. The pool was fun, but it was quite a climb to the hot tub from the pool. The towel exchange was very convenient!

My husband and I just returned home from staying at the Resort on Cocoa Beach for a week, and we loved it. This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and we have enjoyed it both times. The beds sleep great, the kitchen is quite adequate, sitting on the balcony each morning was a real pleasure, there is a Publix very close by, and there are plenty of other stores and shops nearby. Their staff is extremely helpful--we had an in-room safe that needed repair, and they were in our room immediately upon us calling them for help. The rooms were very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated the mid-week tidy service (towel exchange, trash empty, etc.). The facility offers the best outdoor heated pool around, a movie theatre, an in-room jacuzzi--we loved everything about this place. We intend on staying here again and again--definitely the best place on Cocoa Beach!

The rooms are nice; cute kitchen, good sized rooms and bathrooms, balcony. The pool is a good size but not very deep at any point. The hot tub is nice but kind of small. The pool and hot tub close kind of early for me (1130pm). There is plenty of parking space available and getting a parking pass is very easy. The tennis courts and basketball courts are large and well lit at night. Elevators were recently redone and look nice but the lighting is kind of dark. Right on the beach, only a couple minutes walk.

Beautiful place right on the beach. I was there on business so did not have a chance to enjoy too much during the day however it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
My only problem was the weather. During my stay it rained 4 out of the 6 nights.

This place was amazing. Loved everything about it. Had basketball courts, tennis courts, huge pool, lots of kids activites that they plan throughout the week, and they even have a theater on site for guests. I cant wait to go stay back.

Overall very nice resort. The room was updated and clean. The pool was clean and somewhat heated, although there was a large amount of chlorine. Food and drinks at the pool bar were decent. Lots of activities going on daily. Nice place to take a family. Easy beach access.

Great place, beautiful view, well maintained premise, and nice employees. However, the digital lock needed to be replaced on our door, and they replaced it while we wanted peace and quiet. While this was understandable, there was no gestures made to apologize for the inconvenience, and they treated what should have been something abnormal like it was no different than checking us in.
