The bed was comfy and we loved that it was so close to the ocean. There was an unpleasant smell in the room when we entered but we sprayed and got used to it quickly. I watched the sun rise over the ocean from our 4th floor balcony.

We had a suite and it smelled of mold due to the visible mold on the carpet by the loud air conditioning unit. The doors were all warped and moldings badly beaten. Bathtub did not drain in the shower.
Positives- great location with plenty of space. Counters were updated. This place looks like it would’ve been awesome in 1990 when it was last updated.
To their credit, I don’t know a hotel can keep up with cleanliness when beach goers are dragging sand in.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. Nice pool. Beach right across the street. Free breakfast every day with many hot and cold food options. Reasonable prices on rooms.

Hotel was average. It meet our needs, but a little dated. Could be a little cleaner also. Walking distance from the beach. It honored military discounts. It was acceptable for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

This place is disgusting. Dried blood on my sheets when I checked in. The blood was visible enough for the maid to see, but they just kept folding the sheets over trying to hide it. Mold growing in the bathroom on the shower curtain and tub. Hairs from the previous guest all over the shower wall that were never cleaned. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room. The breakfast is average at best. The pool seems to be a good time from how loud it is. I would not stay here again. There are plenty of hotels in the area where you can stay. This place is more comparable to a run down motel than an actual hotel.

Great value for the money. Housekeeping was excellent. Buildings and grounds showing its age but don't let that stop you from staying here. Room was comfy and clean. We had fun hanging out at the pool too.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A thief had broken my vehicle window at a different location prior to arrival, and staff was very accommodating. They supplied me with bags to so could keep the window covered, and were willing to allow me to keep it under their front overhang if rain developed. I even got a courtesy call on my mobile phone when the vehicle auto lights were on for an extended amount of time, to ensure they weren't left on and my battery died. Truly above and beyond. Thank you guys. It wasn't your problem and you took a vested interest for your client.

Nice hotel with a few things to do on site including, ping pong, playground for the kids, billiards and a pool. Also great price bar on site and very comfy beds. Breakfast is pretty good as well.

Great location, close to everything you could possibly need! Rooms are clean with fridge, microwave. Wasn't a fan of the bed sheets but good enough for the price we paid. Nice pool area with activities for children and places to grill if you want. Staff all very friendly. Free breakfast.

Is in need of some updating, it had a nostalgic feeling to it. Kinda neat just dated. Breakfast was an adventure, small room for lots of hungry people

The Hotel upgraded us to a Suite that was very nice at no additional charge. The hot tub was awesome. The amenities included was everything and more a person could want out of a hotel stay and I would recommend this hotel. The Lounge was great, heated pool and breakfast was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were nice and pillows were of good quality. I loved my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites.

Well, so far I have to agree with the folks rating 3 stars. This is an average accommodation. This is not a typical Comfort Inn Suites. I find most Comfort Inns to be super clean. They need to reexamine letting them operate under that franchise. The location is good, but I spent the first ten minutes here showering and then cleaning out the drain because the water wouldn't go down afterward. I took pictures of the rat sized conglomeration of hair and filth I fished out before it would drain and they will be posted linked to this location.
Breakfast was good, shuttle operated almost exactly on time, and staff were amazing. Kind of an uneven experience.response / report this review
