  Dr. Lynch did an astonishing job on my nose. The results were everything I had hoped for! Not just is he extraordinarily gifted surgically, but he's the kindest doctor I've ever met. I highly recommend him for both his expertise and his manner.

  My experience at thepasticsurgerygroup was absolutely amazing. Dr. Rockmore and his team are great. Best in upstate ny, I underwent a breast augmentation and I am very pleased with the results.

  I have known Dr. Hargrave for 15 + years. I first met him when I was 5 years old, in Albany Medical Center on a hospital bed as I was being prepped for surgery after an akita attacked me at a family party. My upper lip was completely torn into 2 sections, and my nose was bit completely in half. I also had teeth marks on my right cheek. Upon arriving at the hospital, the emergency room doctors told my parents I would likely need a prosthetic nose. However, Dr. Hargrave is a MIRACLE WORKER! Dr. Hargrave performed 4 facial reconstructive surgeries on me throughout my childhood, and the damage done by the akita is practically invisible. He is a remarkable surgeon. He is very genuine, and very honest. He is also incredibly smart, and informative. The thing I love most about Dr. Hargrave is that he really loves what he does and will never do anything he doesn't believe in, and he never gives false expectations. I would recommend him to anyone :-) If you are going to the Plastic Surgery Group-request Dr. Hargrave! You will not regret it.

  Dr. Rockmore performed my breast augmentation surgery in July of 2015. Dr. Rockmore and his staff were both kind and informative as they answered any questions that I had. At no time did I feel pressured to make any decisions and felt comfortable throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with my results, which I feel is a direct result of Dr. Rockmore's experience in the field.

  As a transgender woman, I am always a potential target for harassment and discrimination, we almost come to expect it. I must say that I was quite impressed by the treatment I received from Dr. Rockmore and his staff including the main office and at the surgical clinic. I was treated with respect and I was treated like just another woman in the process of obtaining breast augmentation.
  
  As far as the process itself the surgery went well, the process was quick, and I am healing quite nicely as I write this. I would recommmend Dr. Rockmore both for his professional skill and also his handling of transgender clients.

  As a transgender man, top surgery with Dr. Rockmore and his staff was incredible. I was able to get a consultation even without being in the Albany area, which definitely made things easier for me. I felt comfortable and happy to be there. Their facility is very nice. Overall, my whole experience with them was wonderful and I love my results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

  Dr. Rockmore is an extremely skilled plastic surgeon. His work has proven to be meticulous. He made a facelift with all the trimmings, seem like a walk in the park. His pleasant demeanor is always comforting and he has surrounded himself with highly competent, caring staff. I would not hesitate to encourage friends, family or anyone interested in getting a procedure to improve self-confidence and personal happiness. TAKE THE PLUNGE……I AM SO GLAD I DID.
