Lovely location which is only a 20 minute drive from LAX (in good traffic). Service was typically fantastic though it could be a bit slow at times. The staff here are professional, friendly and very accommodating.

The High Tea is special in December. There is a harp & a piano, a lit Menorah & a lit Christmas tree, and a glowing fireplace. Our server had a wonderful sense of humor. Lots of little treats in the towers plus fresh cut strawberries.
They raised the prices but they added more finger foods.

High tea at the peninsula bh was exquisite. The harpist plays while you enjoy savory and sweet delicacies. The scones are excellent with the cream and lemon curd. Great location to celebrate or relax for an afternoon!

Superb and well located hotel. The place is beautifully kept. I love the variety of cuisines on offer (e.g. Japanese breakfast).

Was here for High Tea. Professional staff, excellent tea choices, and delicious bites. The atmosphere is inviting. A pianist came in around 6pm. They also accommodated for my friend who requested a gluten free and no added sugar menu. They were quick to refill our tea cups and take away plates and utensils.

Went in to enjoy a social gathering and hear the piano. Thouroughly impressed, very beautiful building and great service. Valet didn't beg for a tip, either. I hear the tea parties are nice, so I'll have to try

Sunday brunch, server was Conrad and he gave excellent service, well worth the price. He folds your cloth napkin when you are away from table. He pulls out the table so that you can seat easily in tight spot. Always comes with a smile. Perfect service.

Beautiful Hotel! VERY family friendly, they personalised candy gifts for each child which was an unexpected and great surprise for the kids. Staff bend over backwards to help. Hotel looks incredable. We called the hotel to pick us up from a shopping mall and they picked us up in a Rolls Royce. As a family we all loved it, not to mention the fact that we bumped into a few celebrities! Greta stay overall!

Wow. I have stayed at Peninsula properties in other countries and the service and personal attention at this hotel has completely blown me away. There really is no other place is Los Angeles a traveller should consider. The entire team has completely blown me away this afternoon with their service. They've 'surprised and delighted' to a level I have never exeprienced before. Well done to all of the team, you should all be so proud of the brand you represent!

I have stayed at The Peninsula Beverly Hills for many years. The staff of this fabulous hotel makes a point to give me the best service one could ask for. Gary Thomson always greets me like an old friend. We talk about what's happening in sports being from Boston. It means a lot
