Went here for a quick internal company conference (unibail-rodamco-westfield). The venue was on point, and amenities were amazing. Staff was professional, and it just felt right

Location is great! Easy drive to anywhere. Room was great; we got a suit & having the upgrade with the 2nd room was a dealmaker with our kids. I would stay here again & recommend it.

I got one word to say: "WOW"!! I can honestly say that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Beverly Hills was the highlight of my trip to LA. The food at the hotel was delicious and the executive suite I was staying in was goregeous and spotless. But my absolute favorite part about my stay was the hotel staff!!!!! I cannot even begin to talk about how friendly, kind, welcoming, helpful, funny, and amazing they all were. I can name a few in particular: Carlos, Nick, and Jaime. I would come back to LA and this hotel just to hang out with them! I travel a lot and I can honestly say that you have the best crew I have ever met!

Our breakfast experience was above and beyond due to our server Jyoti. Jyoti went out of his way to give us excellent service and make us feel welcome. He was so friendly and such a lovely person. He remembered what we had every morning always with a smile on his face. The Holden family from Australia give Jyoti 5 stars. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Jyoti for making our breakfast experience a pleasant one.

Hotel is great but beware the car rental process. The recommended car rental company, by the hotel concierge, was Black and White Car Rental. I got a quote from the concierge, which he confirmed on a phone call to the company. When the representative came to the hotel to handover the car and complete paperwork, the scam theatrics started. The representative staged a call to his boss to confirm details of the agreement and tried charging me $200 for the day when the original quote was $130. I was unhappy and refused to hire the car. The rental company only then decided to honour the original quote after I abandoned the detail. At this point I was upset about the treatment and refused to do business with the rental company. My observed reaction from the Intercontintal was to post a few security guards around me at reception rather than address the exploitation of guests by the hotel's business partner - Black and White car rentals. I was there with my family, on holiday and was frankly shocked by the hotels failure to assure the commercial protection of its guests and its security response to an unhappy (non violent) customer.

Clean, nice. Attended a job fair in the conference room, friendly staff, good food. Valet parking only, $18! (Don't say I didn't warn you)

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Never had the experience where people are constantly knocking on your door. Not that I stay in my room too long during the day, but first it was someone asking to clean my room when I just checked in my room? Then to freshen up my mini bar, again just checked in my room. No one picked up my food tray for hours & someone actually ate food from what I left Gross. Just found a spider in my bed! I'm a big girl and got rid of it myself, but really? Furniture tops have bubbles in the finish making it look not taken care of and parts have chipped. Thought this place would be better. Staff is really nice but improvements can definitely be made.

I have to say, the room itself was not that great - probably a 3 or a 4. And I didn't have the complimentary breakfast or wine/happy hour. BUT, the service at the front desk and the valet, were bar-none, the best customer service I have had *anywhere* in the last year. Both were incredibly kind and wonderful. And when I told them that in person, they responded with sincere appreciation. It's rare to find someone who thinks of their job as more than "just a job." Thank you!

WOW! What a beautiful hotel! You won't come out of it with a small bill though. ~$250 a night and $40 for valet. But still very beautiful. Internet speed is awesome!

The service was perfect; not annoyingly over polite, but still very helpful. My room was actually upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost and the room was incredible. It had a tub, shower, 2 balconies, huge couch, all that. The downstairs breakfast buffet is completely worth the cost ( not free, by the way, but completely worth it). The location is also pretty nice. My only complaint was that the bathroom is downright hideous. It needs to be remodeled in the worst way. It has peach marble tiles and counter tops that are totally outdated. The shower is also small. One note, this hotel appeals to a sort of older, high classish type of crowd, of which I do not really fit in (as a 20-something computer programmer), but they treated me well just the same.

Very nice luxurious hotel. It cannot hide the aging of the facility overall but the staffs were very kind and the lighting/atmosphere was good. We especially loved the bedding. Most of the hotels use thin sheets to wash those sheets and re-use the covers. This hotel uses the nice covers without those sheets.

Stayed here for a business trip so I didn't make use of all the services but my stay was very comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean and I slept great. I was really impressed with the housekeeping. The house car was really handy for getting around the local places. Very nice, professional staff. Looking forward to my next trip.
