Very quiet, clean and pretty. Not a "party" place. Older conservative vibe which is nice for a small vacation or a stay away from loud city life.
Not a ton to do in the area.

This is a quiet, attractively laid out complex. Our unit was big, 2 queen bedrooms and a third with a double murphy bed. 2 full baths. Large kitchen dining living room arrangement. Private garage. .
Larger and nicer than my first house.

I simply love the oasis resort. I personally been coming here since I was 9 years old. I am now 32 and I bring my family here every yearly for summer break, Its a perfect family resort. Staff is great villas are well equipped making you feel right at home. I highly recommend. We are cash paying customers Not VI members.

The villas are generally clean, quiet, spacious and the grounds are well maintained. Multiple tennis courts, swimming pools and lots of other perks are available. The resort is near a shopping center and is about 10 minutes from the airport for additional details.

I contacted Oasis Resorts from a phone number online.
I talked to a couple who said that they were on vacation but would
send me photos of a unit at the Oasis that is available for rent. When
I didn't receive the photos I called again and was told that they were on vacation and having dinner. Surely there is backup staff when someone
goes on vacation. All I had was a cell phone number of someone who
was on vacation and didn't have a computer to provide the condo info

    The manager gets 4 stars.The
office staff should be as polite.
ALL the staff, should, could and
would be equally as polite, when
they follow his example to the
    client's request. Thank You.

Artsyover ratedbut very nice. For the rich snobbery which is so abundant in Palm Springs.

We have a timeshare membership and this is one of the resorts in our system. Excellent quality, and convenient for a weekend getaway.

I liked this place until Cynthia at the front desk charged me a $50 late check out fee. When I called requesting a late check-out she did not inform me that it would be $25 per every 30 minutes. So after 11 she called me on the phone and told me that I would be charged $25 now which I did not know so after I go and turn in my keys I forgot my garage key and I go to get it so by the time I go back over there she's charged me $50 even though I checked out at 11:30. She also just hands me the receipt without even explaining it to me. I did not mind the $25 but $50 is not cool I could of stayed another night for that. When I tried to talk to them they were very rude and would not even listen. Just gave me a number of some lady to try an get a refund? This is like one of those scam places where you think its cheap but then you have to buy your own toilet paper and then they charge extra fees at the end. Sorry but there are lots of places to stay in Palm Springs but with the way I was treated I will take my business else where.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would be a great place to stay if their customer service was up to par.

Great time with great friends. Property is well located with many salt water pools from which to choose. Unit was clean and well equipped. Came with a garage which was great for storing our bikes. 4 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Wish it hadn't been so hot, we would have biked everywhere.

It was really clean and well organized inside the Villas. We had a one bedroom villa and it would be a great place to spend some time. The kitchen was a full kitchen, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and even had a washer and dryer. This unit is really great and well looked after. They have more than one pool and tennis courts. I will definitely come back to this place in the future when I am in Palm Springs.
The only thing I didn't like about the place was the front office staff which were very unfriendly, not at all professional.

We stay here every January during the Film Festival. Great, quiet, well-kept resort. Condos are pretty well-equipped, with kitchen basics, private patios with barbecues, in suite laundry, bicycles, etc. There are several swimming pools and hot tubs, so there is likely one near your condo. Staff is responsive to quickly replace needed supplies like dish soap, etc.

You do need to bring your own shampoo and laundry soap.

The only issue we've had is cleanliness. The carpets seem to be badly in need of much more frequent cleaning, and vacuuming.
