This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. While I was browsing the store for a jacket to give to my boyfriend, one the reps felt like she needed to guide me over to the women's section. Since when does it matter what I'm buying and from what section? I later placed an order online to be picked up in-store. I called on 3 separate days to see if it was delivered and I got nothing but attitude from the people who answered. I cancelled the order and spent my money across the street at Columbia instead for a jacket of higher quality and was treated well by the staff. Avoid this crappy store at all costs.
It is a nice shop. Staff were friendly. But confusing layout; it’s hard to figure out where would a product located at!
DESPICABLE customer service when calling. When dialing 1 for a Women & Children's associate or 4 for any other inquires, they ALL answer, put the receiver down so you can hear them gossip or answer and hang up the receiver after a few seconds.
This two story retail store carries large and different categories of north face products.
Sales staffs are pretty kind and you can find things easily as I feel they organize it pretty well.
I feel it is not easy to find simple and well protected face cover for the Chicago wind for the winter. I found one from this store - second floor men's section.
During the month of February, it is additional 20% off on all of sales item. enjoy!
After the TSA/American Airlines wrecked my brand new bag before I began my camping trip, I went to North Face after leaving the airport. A few crucial pieces of the bag were missing - although I'd wait for repair services if it was the end of the trip - they were able to help exchange the bag for the same model and help me fit it! Definitely a kind gesture after a potentially frustrating situation! Staff knowledgeable and helpful.
Very poor customer service. Rude and dismissive. Couldn't find anyone to let us into a fitting room after 5 minutes of looking. She yelled "Welcome to Chicago" on your way out. Good thing the rest of the city isn't this awful!
Utilized TNF gear since the early 90's (5 stars then), and I haven't been here since 99. Now that TNF is mainstream gear NOT the same appeal.
It's super friendly and helpful they will go to the extreme to help you get what your looking for. Definitely will go back!
Sales associates were mostly helpful, although it took a while to get someone to come over to assist me in the shoe department. Minus a point for lack of true plus size options for women's outerwear and clothing.
Nice store with several options and very good customer service. The staff will gladly help you with your needs.
I recommend going here instead of buying north face stuff from Macy's, Nordstrom or elsewhere.
