Small spaces. Understaffed. Food was served undercooked and cold. Valet is overpriced and had to walk to my car and drive it out my self.

Very friendly and very secure Hotel right across from the bay in Coconut Grove. Your room key is needed to access the elevators so it does give you a more secure feeling when staying.
Staff seem very helpful and friendly and amenities are as expected.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great place for short or long-term visits to Miami. The hotel is at a great location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and accommodating; we had an issue with our original room and the front desk went to great efforts to accommodate us in a different, and more modern room. Be aware that there are rooms that have been completely upgraded and some that still have, what I'm assuming, the original design, and furniture. I would definitely repeat my visit to the hotel in my next trip to Miami.

Stayed here during our wedding weekend. We had nothing but positive experiences. Awesome location. Beautiful Bay views, within walking distance to Starbucks, bars and restaurants. Comfy and clean rooms. Room service wasn't the best but staff is super friendly and accommodating. Valet was quick and professional.

Wife and I stayed there this weekend. Everything was ok. We had to check out early unfortunately because of some unforeseen issues, not hotel related. We checked out around 5:30-6:00 pm. Around 8:00pm my wife noticed she forgot her workout watch which had fallen the night before in the floor. So we called around 8pm and first no one wanted to go and get the watch. Finally someone went and said they found nothing. So we just left, no ones been in the room and you found notice. How convenient. Then they gave us different story’s. Housekeeping already went by and cleaned the room, with in 2 hours of us leaving. Then they said no ones been in the room. They also told us housekeeping and security is really good at turning things in. We called the next day and talked to security. Still nothing had been turned in. They just had clothes in the lost and found. Gee I wonder why, could it be cause clothes are not worth anything. Anyways the can keep the $100 watch and I will post this in all the sites I can in return for the watch one of their employees kept.

Great location. Right next to the water. You can wake up and go running along the bay. We had a room with a full kitchen and king bed. Pretty standard room except for the giant walk in closet.

It's a very nice place and the people who work here have been exceptionally nice and helpful! No free WiFi, not the room that we booked online! $8 A day for WiFi per device is ridiculous!!

We only stayed for one night and found the hotel very satisfactory. The employees were very helpful. We stated on the 7th floor with a small view of the bay. Walking distance to the Coconut Grove restaurants. Only downer was the valet fee. $28 plus tax. Our car remained in the same space we left it in until the morning when were were checking out. It had been moved shortly before that. Just a nice way of grabbing a few bucks from the customers.

We have stayed at the Mutiny 3 times and each time we were amazed by the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms/suites provide ample space and conveniences for an extended stay. Overall the rooms and decor are very nice. The bathrooms could use a bit of renovation or updating. The housekeeping staff are very lovely ladies and do a great job. Isaura at the front desk and the concierge Nelson have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we appreciated at checkout Karel made sure our bill and parking charges were all accurate.

short walk to shopping and restaurants of the "Coco Walk" in Coconut Grove. great location, comfortable hotel with nice amenities. The staff is very kind and helpful. This hotel with it's magical magnificent history is beautiful. The bar is comfortable and good food at the restaurant. The waterfall and garden near the pool is a good place to relax. I will stay here whenever possible!
