First time visiting the roof top bar. GO!!! Wonderful view. The bar tender s are super nice and provide great service and drinks. We left a bag at the bar and the bar tender walked to the restaurant to hand it to us. The is service.

Rooms had a moldy smell and the staff was less than helpful. The room was not as clean as I would expect and the soaking tub was moldy on the outside. The TV was fuzzy and the bathroom tv is hard to see from the tub.

Seemed pretty fancy, nice quaint hotel tucked right into the city scape of coco walk. I saw a wedding party departure while I was there on a brief stay. Which made the place all the more elegant and cozy for me.

This hotel lost its charm years ago. We had the worse experience with them when they accepted a prepaid reservation just after the hurricane then when we got there they had a sign on the door saying they were closed even before I had paid. My family had no where to go! I was going to leave it at that after I got my refund from the booking site BUT.. once again they clearly demonstrated NO RESPECT for our situation when they ignored my emails and calls when I simply wanted to speak with a manager. Funny enough my wife and I used to love this hotel since it was the first one we stayed in during our honeymoon. Never again!

Beautiful hotel in Coconut Grove. It's close to the Villa Vizcaya Musuem and Key Biscayne. The staff were extremely friendly and each room is a suite, so there is so much space. The rooms are lovely (I didn't want to leave mine), but there is so much to see and eat around that area. It's a nice hidden gem.

We were getting married in coconut grove so ourselves and our guest all stayed at the mayfair. The ENTIRE staff was so very welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us and everyone else. They were all extremely welcoming and made us feel so special. The Mayfair was One of the biggest factors of making our weekend unforgettable. The Mayfair it was a breathtaking experience if there's a better word to describe than perfect I would use it. I have nothing bad to say about the entire hotel and the entire stuff. It blew my mind. If I could relive the experience again I would do it 1 million times over.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. The staff treated us extremely well. We loved the room, and we felt like very valued customers. The room was great, and we loved the beautiful lobby and courtyard area! Would definitely recommend, 5/5

It was one of the worse hotel stays I have ever experienced. The website gives you many Photoshop pics and when you call they say welcome to the newly renovated hotel and spa but there is nothing new or renovated about the place. The phones in the room don't work. There is no other way to get ice but to call the front desk from a phone that doesn't work. When you do cal groom your cell phone you are lucky out someone answers the phone. Then they take 2 days to carry out your request if they even do it at all. I would not recommend anyone staying there. The front desk staff tell you no you are wrong instead of trying to accommodate you. You are better off staying at a motel 6 or super 8.

Worst hotel experience.At check in staff downgraded room and we had to asked to be changed to out correct rooms. Rooms smelled muggy. Jacuzzi was filthy and had stagnant water. Telephones didn't work and took 2 days for us to get a new one. There is no ice machines you have to text or call front desk and it took almost 24 hrs to recieve the requested ice. Toilets didn't work then when we called to request service no one came. They didn't have rooms to accommodate my party then provided us with a room key on the opposite side so we can use the restroom. The only good thing was the rooftop lounge. Other than that wouldnt waste my time or money.

I have never left a review before for anything but i had to let people know to NEVER stay here!! It looks nothing like the pictures! We switched our room 4 times because the smell of mildew in the rooms are unbearable!!! All rooms were not clean at all! They all had dust and the furniture looks old and dirty. The bed sheets had holes all over! The patio view was a cement dirty wall and looked like a prison! I asked if they had any views like the ones online and they said no. So they falso advertise! I will never stay here again and i just want to prevent anyone else from having to stay in a dump. Especially when your on vacation!!! The only good thing i will say is that the front desk was very patient and understanding! Also the pool area is small and on the roof but it looks nice at night. Other than that this place was awful! Please don't waste your money!! It is NOT what you see!!

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Beautiful grounds. Very nice staff. Spa is wonderful also. Facility looking older and a bit worn but other things make up for it. Will definitely return.
