Great hotel to stay at. Outside the main centre but right beside a subway station. A bit noisy on the lower floors. Very clean but a bit worn around the edges. Staff are great nothing to much trouble. Loved our stay for the 10 days would re book there.

This place is great as long as you aren't super picky about where you are staying. The good: the hotel is clean. The staff is great. I was impressed with their customer service. We had a couple issues with our original room and they offered to move us. We got bumped to a larger room, with amazing views. If you are on a higher floor the views are gorgeous. The one bedroom is very spacious. There is a Subway entrence right next to the hotel so getting around the city was easy. The area seems pretty safe. There is a liquor store and a couple grocery stores within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The bad: if you are super picky about where you stay I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel and rooms are a bit run down and could use some updates and cosmetic fixes. We did have some issues with our original room and had to move. Not a big deal to me but may annoy some. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend to non-high maintenance people. Little tip: if you plan to cook in your kitchen bring your own oil, salt, and pepper. The rooms have cooking utensils but nothing else.

Absolute can't speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff. They can't do enough for you, fantastic location clean tidy rooms comfortable bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we shall definitely recommend and return☺☺

Perfect location! Right next door to the Q-line subway, stacks of restaurants/cafes/grocery stores within easy walking distance. Some things in the hotel are showing their age, but we loved how much space we got in the apartment and definitely appreciated having a little kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. The staff here were really friendly and helpful :)

My husband and I stayed at the Marmara Manhattan for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it! The studio room was perfect, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The building is beautiful and location is fantastic! The Q subway is literally outside the door. On top of all of that the staff is phenomenal. So friendly, helpful and professional. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and more. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Our 2 cats loved it too :)

Incredibly friendly staff, fully stocked rooms, great location with street parking or garages nearby. The rooms are also a good size for New York, with kitchenettes.

Great location, close to the new subway with good sized 1 bed apartments which is what we stayed in. Not hotel like more like your own apartment in NY. However, the place is starting to show its age, the kitchen isn't provided with a lot of cooking stuff, like no colander or decent knives. Also no info pack on the Marmara and their services is provided. This is our second visit and the quality has declined.

Whilst the Marmara looks pretty dated, the rooms are enormous and the staff are very friendly. It's right next door to the new 96th St Metro Station too, so it's well connected to busier parts of Manhattan.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Good size room at a good price. Room has a stove top and fridge/freezer. Location is great if you have time to travel downtown. But it's next to the 94th street stop. Great staff.
