Fantastic location as a base to explore NYC without a car! Breakfast, parking and internet facilities are the deal breaker for our family of 4 on top of reasonable rates.
Staff at the location are helpful and accommodating, the rooms are well equipped with good breakfast choices too! Cannot fault this Best Western hotel with just a few minutes walk to the subway station to down town NYC!response / report this review -

This hotel was conveniently located near the subway and was just a short ride to Times Square and several other NYC tourist locations. The staff was very helpful with directions to those places and which subway stop to get off at. The breakfast was delicious and present nicely. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay in this hotel again.

We stayed for 2 nights in October. We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the 21st St-Queensbridge F train station and the price. The staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendlyready to answer any question. The room was clean, had a coffee maker, little fridge, and a safe. Limited parking but plenty of street parking around. And bonus! There is an early breakfast bar with hot food and a selection of eggs, potatoes, cereal, fruit, etc. to get your day started. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN PLAZA!

Stayed for three days and two nights with no issues. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast items in the morning were pretty good. TV channel lineup was pretty small but not a big deal since I was out and about most of the time. Only two blocks away from the F train which takes you to most of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Not a whole lot of parking space of you plan on driving here yourself.

Polite and prompt service at front desk. Room was clean, no issues. Only problem being the tub not holding water very well. Otherwise, stay was pleasant.

Great location and only minutes to the F line and into Manhattan.
Room very nice with bath,shower,fridge,coffee maker,comfy bed.
Breakfast lovely.
Great staff.
So the area looks tired but it's only for sleeping in and never felt worried returning late at night.response / report this review -

It's a modern hotel with decent free breakfast and bridge view. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Equipped with everything one needs. Plus there are a couple of convenience stores 2 minutes away.
The location could be better, but if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the subway, it's OK. However, note that getting back from Manhattan at night takes more than an hour since you need to take another line to get to Queens. So plan accordingly.

overall good hotel, picked for the location being so close to the F train. everything else is a nice to have type feature. breakfast was nice to have, although most of the hot food was cold and salty, the variety made up for the shortcomings. staff was very very friendly, parking is tough in the city but it was nice to have the option to park under the building. Rooms AC was perfect and a blessing. the shower pressure was very strong (even on its low setting) but the shower head was coming/falling out of the wall, still worked. single room was smaller but perfect size anyway. TV could have been bigger but again not we were not here to watch tv. elevators were always so slow and when they did come they were packed with people..we ended up taking the stairs all the time since we were just on the 3rd floor. But I can see this being a big issue in any hotel in queens

Great Hotel, Great room, Great view. a minute walk from station and pretty decent neighborhood. No parking though extra 25 dollars for parking other than that great hotel, would definitely stay again (if i dont have a car) Left car on street around the corner and all good.

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel, but I was very surprised by the quality of the service and how nicely decorated, clean and spacious my room was. the breakfast was very good, not your usual holiday Inn breakfast, varsity and tasty food. It's in queens but there is a metro station 1 block away that takes you in Manhattan in 15 min. I highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel and staff. I stayed there twice. Close to subway, easy access to the city. Neighborhood was a little scary walking from subway to hotel at night, but I never had a bad experience or heard trouble. Definitely stay there again if I head that way.

Syid was the gentleman at the desk when I checked in, and he was very pleasant and had great customer service! The room was nice and clean, and a bit tight, but then again it's NYC. It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was okay except for the fact that there was no bacon, i mean no bacon!?

I liked! The hotel's staff was helpful all the time. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, a few steps from the subway station. I will return soon certainly.
