Loved staying here and definitely recommend everyone else do the same. Place is extremely clean and located in South Beach. A 2 minutes walk to Miami Beach. Staff is super friendly as well.

Loved staying here last week! The people who work there were very kind and helpful. The little details throughout the rooms and property were really useful. Our room had a big comfy throw blanket that made it feel like home and the room's beach tote bag was perfect for the beach all weekend. It was also nice to walk along the beach just minutes from the property's front door. If you want a clean, well appointed place to stay on South Beach, The Marlin is a great option!

The Marlin Hotel has been super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is only two blocks away from the beach and close to many restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My girlfriend are staying for a few days right after Irma and they did an excellent job of accommodating us even while they are getting back on their feet. The rooms are very nice. A little small for a basic room but very up to date and the showers are fantastic. The location is perfect. It's only a block away from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants. The staff is also very cordial and helpful, from the receptionist to the employees at the restaurant.

A neat, very comfortable hotel at a great location in South Beach.
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was very neat and clean.
Has free WiFi and cable if you tire from going to the beach occasionally.
The breakfast was pretty good, with great pastries, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice, among other things.
Overall had a great experience, would definitely come again!response / report this review -

Since this was our first stay in Miami Beach, we wanted to experience an boutique art deco hotel rather than a massive commercial hotel.
The Marlin absolutely fits the ticket!
The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spa-like. AND we really loved the toiletries.
We did not have a view, but the window let in tons of light when the drapes were open.
It was only a block to Ocean Avenue, so very easy to get to the beach. The hotel had a tote bag with beach towels in our room to use during our stay, nice. (one review stated that they got rides to the beach, but it is the equivalent of 2 blocks to the water's edge)
Breakfast was included. It had a nice selection.
Best of all was the staff. Ismeris Garcia is a true gem. She gave us valuable tips that made out trip to Miami more enjoyable.

Well located hotel is right downtown Naples. The staff was very helpful. They will give you a ride to the beach as it is a very long walk. The design of the hotel is very nice and the room was spacious.

Cottage #1 has a great view of the sun set. Very private. This was second time. Both were great. Close to good restaurants and grocery store. Also key lime pie factory is only one block away. People are very friendly.
