We arrived to the motel at 2 am and the guy at the reception insisted that the reservation was cancelled. We waited right in front of him for more than 45 min for him to find the reservation. Our pleas that we were really tired and just needed any room to sleep was to no avail. Was not a good start however the room was very clean, breakfast was good and the guy was very apologetic for this sincere mistake

You get what you pay for. Firstly, pay no attention to the photos online. They look NOTHING like this place! Arrived at 9:30pm. Overnight desk attendant was very friendly. Received our room key and "tv remote" (which was kinda odd). Got to the room that's where things went downhill Blinds would not close on window, and the thin sheet on top of it, did nothing to help. Stains all over walls as ceiling. Bathroom floor was uneven tile and felt like you are going to fall thru at times. The shower had barely any hot water and the blinds in the shower (that didn't move from being open) were a bit discerning. Lights did not work in the desk area. Then as we left in the morning, we were met with one of the rudest people I've ever met in the service / hospitality industry. It was as if we were a burden to her. I then asked for a receipt, but she stated "we don't have those". HUH? I asked for a copy of the sheet I signed the night before and again told me, we don't have copiesas she stood next to a copier. Again, I get ityou get what you pay for, but man.

If the hotel were cheap, then it would be fine. But for the price, it's not shocking.
It was clean, and no bed bugs or hygiene problems noticed.
Floor boards felt like I was going to fall through them at points.
We has 4 rooms. 2 TVs didn't work, and 2 air con units had to be looked at, and in my room a bulb didn't work.
Don't believe the photos, they're fake.
Also the noise levels were insane. There is a communal area (like a courtyard) outside all the rooms where people meet and chat at all hours. Plus the air con exhausts all go out into there, making it very very loud. Couple that with people walking around upstairs and the traffic noise (which is very loud) and you will not get any sleep if you're a light sleeper. Bring ear plugs.
TV is standard dish network (no premium channels as you would expect).
Overall, I would say it's clean ish, basic, clear lack of investment for quite some time and very noisy. I can't honestly say I would ever recommend this place.response / report this review -

Good location. Average amenities. Very very noisy. Lack of sleep guaranteed.
No cockroaches or unhygienic issues of note. Staff were friendly, but spoke limited English.
I suggest paying extra and staying somewhere where you can sleep and be comfortable.response / report this review -

It's ok but the first room we got air conditioning did not work so they had to put us in another room it seem to be much cooler but the good think is we got down there early if we haven't we would have be out of luck. That would have been bad news for us and them.

I stayed at the Bianco Motel and booked a non-smoking room for the night. The asked for a security deposit of over $60 and agreed to re-deposit the money into my account. At checkout, they said they would deposit it, so I left. Its been over a month since and still no sign of that money. I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes as I'm typing this. Please spare yourself if you're considering staying at this motel.

This place seriously needs some remodeling. But staff is nice. I used it only as an emergency stay for one night.

I stayed one night in the motel, and it was great. The possibility to make the check-in 24 hours was one of the reasons why I picked the motel. The price is good, the continental breakfast was way better than other hotels, and the location is not far to Miami Beach. I definitely would stay there again!

Had a wonderful experience. Great friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and do have refrigerators for your goodies. The hotel is in a great location with alot of stores close by. I would definitely stay here again and they are reasonably priced. I LOVE Miami!

The Lady At The front desk was very nice. Reserved my stay online, and there were no problems finding it. She even helped me get into a Bigger room! There is only a $10 deposit fee for a Key and Remote, before I booked she told me that already. The staff were nice the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the parking. I believe Parking is 1st come 1st serve so even though our room was in the front, when we'd leave for the night (it's Miami you're always on the go) and came back we had to park on the side. Which is no problem but if you're not from Miami and you don't trust certain areas you'd like to see your car at all times. Also i had no chair for my room, we had an office desk only, which is also OK because we were barely there. Breakfast was good nothing hot all packaged, fridge In the room All in all it was a nice clean place. Bed was VERY Comfortable 💕 I have a few pictures when I find where to post them you guys can see.
