  Room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Very clean. Great room amenities for the price, including a dining table, a little kitchen, and a sofa bed. Reception and lobby was modern, with helpful staff. Breakfast was good, it included crossaints, bagels, cereal, fruit, waffles, juice, milk.. It's only available from 8-9:30 though, which was pretty inconvenient as we normally got up later than that, or had to leave for a tour or the airport earlier than that. We also loved how it included two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. We took advantage of that on multiple days. Only other problem was the WiFi was slow. Overall, a great value hotel in a fantastic location.

  Studio setup is great. Really close to everything! Cleanliness is not good. There was bedbugs in our room 😑

  For Miami Beach, this was very goodvalue for money. location was ace. receptionists were very helpful, and quite knowledgeable. the art deco hotel itself is slightly worn down. the breakfast is not really top notch, but it does the trick (and you eat at the rom, that was quite ok). I liked it.
