The light of the living room is broken and air conditioner controller is broken, too. It is sarcastic that we are frozen in the room while it's warm outside.

Poor at best - I came with my sister to visit a few friends in Miami. First we were given the wrong room, the TOP two floors of the hotel are under renovation (info not posted on their website) n the entire hotel has a musky smell.

Spectacular! Clean pool. Clean rooms. Excellent customer service from the time you check in until you check out. Breakfast is wholesome and many choices to choose from. One of my favorite locations to stay!

I can't even give this location not a single star. My family and I was staying at this hotel due to the fact that we had tremendous damage from hurricane Irma and was invited to stay due to the fact that our homes had no power and the neighborhood was damaged. During our stay we were followed and put on the spot In front of everyone on our floor and told to get out immediately because the room was needed for another guess. There was other families there as well but they made it their mission to embarrass my family and I in the hallway just to run us out the room. We had young kids with us who have not even touch a single meal for the day and yet the felt the need wait until we all cleared the room. It was 9:00 am in the morning and check out is usually 11:00 am 12:00pm. During these hard times I would expect them to understand that we didn't have anywhere to go with our young kids but that didn't matter. They watched us scrabble to gather our things and didn't even feel the least bit sympathetic. Their construction workers was flirting with guess in the elevator which was very uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience no one should ever go through. I can't recommend this place to anyone. I am a hard worker. I expected that someone who work in hospitality should be more hospitable to their guesses. My family and I are currently struggling for meals in a extremely hot house with no electricity just because Holiday Inn felt as if we weren't worthy staying at their hotel. Shelters are no longer available. In such a time of hardship I expected that struggling families such as mine would have some type of help. To make matters worse it was the manager of the property who kicked us out as if we where peasants. Do better Holiday Inn!

Honestly I don't know why people complain the way they do, must like it. I was there for work and my client said " oh, it's not so good", but when I got there it was fine. Yes a bit dated, yes a bit worn but they are renovating ( hey I have worn stuff in my house and think of the 1000's of people that go through there). My room was clean, crisp linens, good towels and a very friendly staff. What more could you want? I spent 185 days in hotels last year and I would rate this one in he upper â…“. I would like to see a better breakfast and fresh fruit at all HIE though.

The lobby is fine. Makes you think it's a nice place. Wrong the rooms the hallway smell like mold. The front desk lady was rude and not helpful if you didn't speak spanish.

The worst hotel I ever been to.. It should be called a motel. The employees are extremly rude a disrespectful.. I honestly never experienced anything like this before. I even got my money back. I gave them the benefit of doubt when I called to reserve my room and the lady got smart with me and hung up in my face. There also remodeling but if they don't get rid of there employees is no use of remodeling.

Musty. Outdated. Terrible TV line-in quality (cable signal was garbage), TV was fine except you couldnt even read movie credits, thats how poor it was. Generally, a bad experience. Guest help was friendly, Ashley was very accommodating and apologetic about the situation. Offered alternative rooms, unfortunately, each room was equipped with the same issues. At least my window opened! which it was not supposed to..
