Horrible horrible. The worst place. They over sold it our room and put us ar another hotel without informing us. Has no class or courtesy. Do not stay here!!! They will screw you. Makes you wonder who these people are who are writing these reviews. They all seem fake!!!

Location was awesome, room was old but modernized. Bathroom had amazing shower. No soundproofing at all. Can hear conversations in adjacent rooms plus all the music from the street.

I am not sure why this hotel has so many low reviews. The room was amazingly decorated and the finishes were fantastic! Cold AC, bed was comfortable, and the room with an ocean view for the price we paid? Amazing! It felt like a $300+ room for a third of the price!
A few pointers
1. Bring earplugs and download a white noise app. You’ll need it throughout the night.
2. If your light sensitive when you sleep, you’ll want to bring a sleep mask.
3. Be prepared for some aggressive restaurant folks! Everyone is offering a discount and want your business. (To avoid cross the street and walk on the ocean side of Ocean Ave.)

Valerie made our dinner great! She's awesome! Extensive menu. Everything is expensive on Ocean drive So prices were fair. Ask for all discounts and specials if money is an issue. Lobster bisque could be a little thicker.

Beware beware beware!!!! $4.75 breakfast is great, but coffee is $4.00 a cup plus 18% automatically added gratuity. Bill was $25.00 for breakfast. Also this hotel charges a $17.00 a day service fee. It’s a surprise when you check out. Manager was a nasty person threatened to call the police when I complained about the service charge! I grew up in Miami, I’m embarrassed of what this hotel is doing to their guest. A total rip off- find another hotel.

STAY AWAY! Due to storm, they offered half price drinks. Then they charged $60 per drink. Like jackasses we paid. Again STAY AWAY!

Room was falling apart. Entrance door slanted. One of my closet doors were off. Ceiling was dripping water "from the ac". Light switches we're pushed into the wall and not center. Light fixtures were hanging on for dear life. Knob for hot water on sink was close to falling off. Room service never came to our room to clean..

Smells, gnats everywhere and music is way too LOUD Its 3:30 a.m and the music is still going. How many people are still out there to entertain. Phone doesn't work, there's nowhere to warm up your food. Never again.. House keepers don't like giving you extra stuff.. This place smh.. You also can't watch t.v. I had to turn it all the way up..

Only 2 reasons I'm giving 3 stars is, 1) because of the misrepresented king size ocean view room. Online it shows a very nice bath tub and the patio was facing the ocean, I didn't get either. 2) The live music downstairs is really loud and goes on EVERY night until 2-3am, which kinda annoyed me. Other than those I was comfortable and enjoyed my first visit to Miami.

This hotel is an EXCELLENT hotel! The reviews on here are trash. I stayed there from March 21-23. The room I stayed in was Amazing! Everything was newly renovated, and the employees are so friendly. The only problem we had was finding parking the first day. After we got that figured out everything went smooth. The location is perfect. The beach is right across the road, and everything is on the script! I'll definitely pay $200 a night again for this hotel!!
