Their reps aren't professional, typical multi level marketing, direct sales type stuff. Reps aren't pushy but they use shady tactics to get you into their shows. Seem drunk or high on something lol

A lot of the stuff they say in their shows also isn't true.

They also use words like "sponsored by viva Wyndham" but this isn't true. They have partnerships with travel agencies out of Canada not Wyndham hotels.

Their free goodies for coming to the show, while aren't the best, aren't scams either. You do have to pay shipping which brings them almost to Amazon prices for the same type of item BUT you are still saving.

It's up to you to determine if it's worth an hour and half of your time and if you can say no over and ocer

BEWARE: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND PRICE GOUGING!!!

The worst pots and pans I have ever used. We fell into their trap and bought these pans after the cooking demonstration. When we finally received the items (late I might add) we were thoroughly unimpressed. We followed the washing instructions exactly, including the vinegar soak. After we did the pre-cooking soak and wash, we cooked dinner. We had the heat on low the entire time as the sales person said anything above medium would make food burn. Food still stuck to the pot even on low heat. After dinner, we washed the pot immediately. Food was stuck to the pot and it left a white and gray rainbow discoloration on the pots. To top off the disappointment, the knives that we bought don't even fit properly in the knife block they send you. Everything is so cheap. These people prey on excited engaged couples and sell subpar cookware for an extremely outrageous price. I'm currently trying to return them for a refund which is another hassle all together. If they keep giving the run around, I'll be contacting the media and a lawyer too. Just a disgraceful and dishonest company.

Absolutely terrible pots and pans. They prey on couples excited about wedding planning and then scam them out of thousands of dollars. The pots and pans burn EVERYTHING you try to cook unless you use double the amount of oil you normally would in these "waterless and oil-less pans". You can't get through to any customer service phone line ever and no one ever responds to the voicemails being left. I finally tracked down a customer service email and haven't had much luck with that either. Now a random 800 number is calling us saying we're behind on payments when we're not and that we're going to be sent to collections and we can't get through to anyone to straighten it out. And you still have to pay shipping for the "free" items they give you for attending the presentation. Doesn't seem too bad until you realize the companies they're working with are jacking up the shipping rate to $40-$50 for shipping for the "free" item. Haven't tried to use the free vacation voucher yet, but I'm sure we'll run into snags with that too.

I was getting married and got the call that I was selected to win all of these wonderful prizes. Me and my fiancé went to the presentation and we’re blown away by the demonstration.. when we got our cool wear home nothing worked and it’s a scam… save yourself $3000. I can not get ahold of any human representatives to pay off my pans! Terrible pans and terrible company. Do not fall for this.

I am filing this complaint on behalf of a friend that was overcharged and lied to by this company and the employees that represent it. She was told she would win a prize if she attended their cooking show only to find out they wanted to sell her cheap cookware for upwards of $3000. They pay top dollar to STRATEGICALLY secure a booth VERY CLOSE TO THE ENTRANCE at big bridal shows around the country with NO signage of their company so they can manipulate the public into thinking they have to sign up with them. This is how they capture people's contact information and then invite them to a cooking show, promising them a "prize" and that's when they SCAM them into purchasing "non-stick" cookware, which is BS. Every single employee is a con artist, including Johanna Masso. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
