  We had a great experience buying a mattress here. The staff is great, they take their time showing you all the options they have and work to get you a great deal. I would highly recommend you look here if you're looking for a great mattress at a great price!

  The selection was good, but not so much that it was overwhelming.
  
  The salesman/owner explained the choices but did not pressure me in making a decision.
  
  He did not try to sale me “more” than I wanted.
  
  We had difficulty in getting the mattress I purchased delivered because of my schedule and the weather. The owner was most cooperative and pleasant in working these problems out.

  We had a very nice person (David?) that showed us the mattresses and helped find the one we thought would suit our needs. We now have our mattress, have slept on it for over a week and we are very satisfied. The price and quality are great.

  Once having owned a Furniture Store and was a buyer for mattresses, I must say this was on of the best experiences I have had. I went to some larger chain stores, and even larger stores in the area, and was much happier once I walked into the door at Family Mattress Center. I had my young boys with me and the salesperson even had them lay on the mattress. I was purchasing for them. He was a pleasure to deal with and had the best prices around. I will recommend them to anyone and will be shopping here again!

  very nice and friendly place to buy a mattress fromevery other place we went to was very pushy and didn't care what they sold us as long as they got their moneythis guy didn't care about making the money just wanted to make sure it was in our budget and still very comfortable bed and even showed us ways to save money..just a real pleasant experiencewould recommend it to everyone in the tri cities area

  Well I have to say the experience was very nice. I was headed to a different mattress location nearby and noticed the Family Mattress Center along the way. After visiting the other location and noticing how expensive they were I visited Family Mattress. Their prices were amazing and the salesperson was great! What I loved the most is that he didn't try to talk me into spending too much but got me what made me happy and was definately in my price range. On top of all this I sleep so good now. Thank you Family Mattress Center!!! I will be recommending all my friends to you :)
