Never would I recommend them to any one worked on my freezer and left half the parts out and did the cobbled up job DO NOT USE THEM
Called back and asked for the rest of the screws
Total of 17 not put back
And u was told good luck and the woman hung up on me

Called them to repair a broken appliance. They were accommodating for scheduling of service and arrived promptly in expected time window. The repairman was friendly and very knowledgeable about the appliance. Will call again for appliance repairs.

Bought our washer, dryer, and oven there. All have been trouble free except for the oven panel fried twice. They replaced it both times and ha s been working for years trouble free. Repairman was knowledgeable and courteous.

Purchased a used washer and dryer. Neither one worked properly, but when it was time to come and fix it, twice we were stood up - one of those times with no calls to say they weren't going to make it.

They came to fix the dryer but didn't. It was no better than when they came to fix it. Not to mention the delivery guy scraped up the floor and took paint off our wall while banging the washer around.

Now when it's time to replace them, now they will deal with it when they decide to get to it. No phone calls and no idea when they will come and exchange these two horribly over-priced items.

Very sickened by the experience and vow never to go back to them - as will all three of my adult kids who will need appliances they could have purchased from these people.

The folks at Canter Appliance are friendly, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Prices are competitive with and many times lower than larger retail chains such as Sears, Lowes, etc.
