Yesterday needed a new mattress ASAP for my 90 year old mother. I was tired and stressed. The sales man was great and set us up with exactly what we needed with out over selling to us and it was delivered and set up within An hour by 2 very helpful men. Salesman is Todd Whitehead, Kingsport, TN.

My wife and I were looking for an affordable, comfortable king-sized bed. We had planned to check several places, but since I had gotten a good bed from Sleep Zone back in 2008, we decided to go there first. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Todd Whitehead. Todd was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and showed us many different beds, explaining the pros and cons of each. You could tell that he wasn't simply trying to "make the sale". He seemed to have a genuine interest in our needs and really took the time to make sure he found the proper bed for us (regardless of price). It is very rare in this day and age that you find outstanding customer service like Todd provided. If you are in the market for a new bed, don't waste your time going anywhere else!

My husband and I went into the Sleepzone in Kingsport on Stone Dr to look at mattresses and had planned on comparing prices at other stores but we were impressed with the knowledge of the Salesman and the prices of the mattresses so we decided to purchase that day. Delivery service was excellent and we are enjoying the new mattress. This is our second purchase at this store and highly recommend them and will continue to shop SleepZone in the future. Needed 2 sets of mattresses. Started our looking at The Sleep Zone. Our salesperson Todd W. directed us to ones that met our specifications. Answered many questions about the different brands, mattress types, etc.. He did not "push" us toward one or the other. He let us try them all and make a decision. We went to another retailer and tried more mattresses. In the end we came back to the Sleep Zone due to the customer service, price, available delivery, and having a mattress we felt would provide many nights of sleeping comfort.

We needed a new mattress and was just "looking" and SleepZone was our first stop. We were extremely surprised by the experience we had. Jim Rogers was very helpful and was never pushy but sincerely listened and wanted to help and left you alone to check out the mattress but answer all questions. His personality was a great ray of sunshine when most stores are pushy commission hungry to make a sale. I appreciate a sense of humor. :) We made the purchase without looking elsewhere due to Jim's expertise and time to help us decide and feel confident in our purchase. I was extremely delighted with my mattress shopping experience. I dreaded to go looking for a new bed, because of the salespeople and pressure I thought I would experience, Jim was AWESOME. No pressure or suggestions. I went alone, tried a couple mattresses out, told him I would bring my husband back to check the mattress I liked out. We went back that night, he recognized me from earlier that day. He didn't try to sell us something that we really didn't want. He had questions, on what our sleep problems were. but no way did we feel pressured to buy a bed. My best friend went with my husband with me and he went back the next week, after he shopped around and bought a bed there too. I truly wish Jim would teach salespeople how to treat customers, with respect and no pressure tactics. I will HIGHLY recommend this store to my friends and co-workers. Oh, We LOVE the bed, we bought an adjustable king firm bed. Jim also told us places to find the twin XL sheets, we didn't need the sets, just the fitted sheet. I could go on and on with how pleased I am, but I will stop now. Thank you Jim for a great experience.

My wife has been having a lot of trouble sleeping with pain in her knees and hips. We went to the Sleep Zone in Kingsport, TN and met Erik Biorck. Erik was extremely helpful!! He showed my wife and me how that the adjustable frame could work to take pressure away from her legs. We tried the mattress and found this to be true. We had bought a mattress a few years ago from SleepZone and he told us that we could use the existing mattress with a new adjustable frame.which would save us a good bit of money. We bought the new adjustable frame and are looking forward to having it installed.

We really had a good experience with Erik and SleepZone! He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the right product as well as saving us money. We had our 3 year old granddaughter with us and he played with her when not answering our questions. We would recommend Erik and SleepZone to anyone looking for a new mattress!!

I went to the sleep zone store in Kingsport and was greeted immediately by the salesperson. Erik Biorck was very friendly and helpful. He asked about what I wanted and what my budget was and took the time to show me my options and to make sure that I was going to be happy with my decision. I had not bought a mattress set in decades and was unsure how the experience would go. Erik Biorck put me immediately at ease, asking the appropriate questions, and encouraging me out of my comfort zone to actually lie down on the various mattress types. We narrowed the firmness quality down, and then moved on to price. There was no pressure to buy higher end products, and I left happily satisfied after only about thirty minutes. Overall, it was a great and unexpectedly easy purchase!
