Staff in the furniture etc are very rude to say the least. However the ones in building supplies are much nicer. Agree that most furniture is over priced. Wondering if it doesn't sell if employees can have? Because they definitely don't want to sell. The building supplies are more reasonably priced with friendly staff.

Great place for treasure hunting, household needs, camping, outdoor living space, books, nostalgic electronics, seasonal decor, furniture, sports, cabinets, and vintage items of antiquity. It is an excellent cause helping folks obtain a home.

Great place to waste time and walk around. Big place, but pricing can be a little uneven. Overall, great store and very friendly staff!

I am shocked at the prices of everything at the Holston Habatat For Resale store in Kingsport. This place runs on donated items from the community. This store is trying to compete with antique stores on their prices. Furniture is torn and soiled, but priced so high that people looking for a good bargain while living on a low or fixed income are wasting their time there. If you are shopping for useable household items at a fair price. Look somewhere else. Disappointed shopper.

Very dissatisfied ! Have visited numerous times.Great inventory.Great prices.STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE.No people skills. From what I have researched items are donated and the goal is to sell those items.I am an impulse buyer as are most people who frequent Thrift/ Good Will/Habitat stores.Their best bet is to get me checked out with my items as soon as possible .If I'm waiting more than forty five minutes for someone( who insisted "I'll be right back") to return to help me, then when they don't show , have to search for more than twenty minutes on my own for someone else, then spoken to in a loud, condesending, and rude manner not about how they can finally help me ,but as reprimand for taking the sales sticker off the item(which is why I was looking for someone. To finalize purchase of those items),then not only am I no longer interested in buying over $350.00 of furniture ,I'm not interested in ever returning to Holston Habitat For Humanity. And I plan to share my experience with everyone I meet.I hope the "help "is volunteer and not "hired".I would hate to think someone gets paid to treat customers in such a manner.

Why don't you post your open days and hours on your website? Your graphical display makes it look like you're open before 9am, which isn't true.
